Miles B.Lady told me my card was charged for an extra $108 and wouldn't tell me why just to check my email for the receipt...the location is in the middle of no where with no cell phone service so I had to wait until I got home to check my email. When I got home I was pissed because she charged me for 178 miles I DID NOT GO. I only went 82 miles not over 250 (from Huntsville Alabama to Pulaski TN). I emailed Uhaul using the link at the bottom of that emailed receipt and still have not heard back or received a refund for the miles I was illegally charged for.
Jessica D.The equipment receives zero maintenance at this site. The air conditioning was out, which I could live with, as long as the truck ran, but the attendant, who spoke nearly no English, would not let us rent it, and kept saying air brakes. Obviously, these don't have air brakes. After a 2,5 hour delay that nearly cost us our deadline, we were finally able to rent it after calling the hotline. Fuel gauge on paper was off by 3/8 compared to actual. As a frequent UHAUL renter, this is the second time I have used this location, and the second time I was disappointed. I will use other locations, but never this one again. Ever.
Michael S.It took three attempts and a canceled guaranteed order to get this truck. If no trucks are available don't guarantee pickup availability. I'm very disappointed that I had to miss a day of work to drive out of state to pick up a truck when I had a guaranteed pick up locally.
Johnie B.The mobile check in process did not work as instructed on the video. Pre-check was completed and called the destination ahead of time to confirm there was a key box for after hours pick up. Once we got there the Pick Up My Truck option was nowhere to be found under My Dashboard, no one answered chat, and the 800 number left us on hold. Ended up having to change to a different location further out at Fall River Market that was open to get assistance.

vivian R.The website for U-Haul and the signs at this location as well as others, states rental rate at $19,95 for a 15' truck rental, but the location I rented from charges the daily rate at $29,95 for the 15' long truck. Why? False advertisig?

WeS B.The price was supposed to be around $65.00. After running my card there was $100 Charge put on my card. The lady said it would be refunded after the truck was brought back. After starting the truck the miles was way off! After doing the walk around inspection I had to take a picture of the mileage. Driving the truck was HORRIBLE!!!! It bounced all over the road and was very hard to control! The pick up location was on a back road so I did not notice the abounding and driving ability until we got on the main highway almost 10 minutes away. We continued and put the driving contrition behind us and thought it was because it was a big truck. After returning it that night and heading home, over the next few days I watched my account for a refund. 2 days goes by so I called the store and spoke with the rude lady that rented us the truck. She said it would be back on my account in the next day or that night. Today I looked on my account to see a refund, I'm the amount of $3.48..... when I called the store again she said to contact uhaul because she has no control over it. Now I'm having to go they emails to see why I was charged so $96,52 instead of the so called quoted price of 65$...

Maurice B.May need a second clerk on shift to facilitate both rentals and sales in storefront where UHAUL is situated, but the COVID-19 situation may be complicating clerk availability. Overall the entire experience was very positive.
Thomas H.Although I no issue with the location itself it took an abnormally long time for the location to be able to get through to the Uhaul website. It took roughly an hour of constant attempts by the representative to connect with Uhaul.

Ryan H.Excellent service and brand new vehicle with 4000 miles, though vehicle status will change based on your experience. Mr. Patel was very polite, kind and efficient. The location is just off of the highway and convenient for returns. This is a service station and your experience may vary based on patrons, but the location felt safe and clean and I would recommend it for anyone needing a U-Haul near Lawrenceburg or Pulaski.
Matthew S.He needs to better communicate with about how things work. He was trying to get paper work done and then would stop and checkout at least 5 other people. He needs a better system.
