James SThis had nothing to do with the location. They were great. But the truck was hard to drive. Hard to steer. Hard to open the door. Hard to close. I have rented a lot of uhauls and this one was really hard. I don't know what the issue was.

arjun pA metal floor panel in the back middle of truck was loose and fell under flooring leaving a dangerous 12'x12' opening in the floor. Rivets are broken off leaving that plate able to move.

Adam KBest experience I ever had with uhaul. I had previously quit using uhaul due to actions of dealer at country store location on Hwy 11. However Sandra at furniture location was so helpful and professional I will use them in future.
