The moving blankets that I ordered were not at the location. When I picked up the day of my move I had to scramble to get things to wrap my furniture in. He took it off my bill, however, it was not very convenient during an already stressful time. Disappointing. When I ordered the truck through the UHaul 800#, I asked to pick up close to where I was moving from. No trucks were available so I had to travel 20 miles out of my way to pickup the truck. The person who secured my order said they would take 20 miles off my mileage so I would not get charged. This did not happen and I was charged mileage over 35 miles that were included in the rental. Which is very disappointing. I even sent a message on the website about the over charge, however, was not credited. It was a minimal cost, however, was promised at the time of the rental, and I made every effort to stay UNDER the 35 miles I was allowed, and got charged anyway. Doubt I use UHaul services again due to the above, promised mileage credit, and the rental blankets not being there on the move day. This location was fine though, if you are close enough to use it.

The cab smelled like stale cigarettes. I also reserved for a 5 pm pickup, but because the scheduled employee had to leave early, my reservation was moved to 3pm which put me in a position to have to pay a extra day charge that is bull shit, but hey good for you guys right? Sorry for the aggressive comment, but that puts the cherry on top of an already stressful move.

He'll started out with cupps there the rudest people around Told me just move the hell on did not even want my service. Then I got this bunker hill location he was the nicest guy around I rented alot of uhauls in my time and he was the tops . he took care of the Uhaul very well . will go back to him always and will tell my friends about him .
