Farmer Elevator is an excellent uhaul rental location.
Deb TI was a little confused on where to check in but, that could partly be because of a full day unloading the monster and being worn out.

Delilah HBilling issue to be resolved. I'm not really sure what all happen but I signed a contract for an amount quite a bit higher than what should have been. I was thinking that $527 plus taxes minus the $406,03 all ready paid on the original contract would of left around $200 (?) left to be paid. That wasn't the case, it was like the price for two trailers was added together then the $406,03 was subtracted leaving a total of $689,69 being paid at the time of pick up on 14th of June 2021 which was $1 095,72 for total rental charges. As it is I should of paid $283,66 more for the 6 X 12 since I had already paid the $406,03 on-line.

LONNIE CNow this location needs some help. There is no sign to say it's a U-Haul place. If not for the 1 tiny car dolly we wouldn't of known where to drop off at because that was all that was in their lot. We had to ask the convenient store people across from them and she had no clue where it was. Thankful there was a couple older gentleman sitting in the convenient store that told us what to do and where to park it. There is no place to drop the keys in a box so we had to leave the keys in the truck and pray that it didn't get stolen. This was not a great U-Haul experience for us and when we use a hauling company it's always you guys we use. So please make this and any location like this better. By the way you shouldn't put clean and inviting in your question above. The place was very clean but not inviting because as stated above. Thank you Belinda Wilkerson

Kacey CDisappointed in uhual when they say guarantee size, location, and equipment or $50. You need to be MORE CLEAR in your statement. I did not get my agreed upon location in Guymon, ok. & instead had to pick up 17 miles away. When I asked for my $50 (because 17 miles away isn't my location I chose)I was informed I only reserved that Uhual until I recieved that current phone call & then they would call with location/time. How exactly is that gauranteeing location? I will not be using uhual for any other moves or recommending them to any other friends/family. Poor customer service. She comped me one day which was cheaper for uhual than the $50. We didn't even use the extra day. Would be nice to receive my money back for the day and/or $50. Engine light came on because it hadn't been serviced. Uhual told me to keep driving or put oil in it. Really?!? Nice road side assistance. (Sarcasm) Also include tax on the pay out when you reserve online.
RAELYNN AI always drop my rentals at this location because they are so helpful and friendly. The service here is top-notch!
