Was looking for a 26 footer since they are same price as 20 foot ended up paying way more on mile rates due to haveing to make two trips when second trip didn't have much in truck. Asked for a discount on mileage but wasn't given one. Knew I would fit everything in a 26 footer but didn't have none with 30 miles of my location.

JOSE GARZAReceived a call Saturday from Uhaul Saturday, nor the location I picked up the rental, asking me To return to a different location which was an extra 26 miles round trip for me the customer when o contracted to return to same place I picked up. No credit on rental fees to so this. Don't call me next time.
Bob KiilgoreI got a trailer from poth Tx, to Denton Tx. The trailer had and doesn't come with a spare tire. I would REALLY like to understand why that is. Also when I got to Denton I want entourage unhook the trailer and was unable to do so since there isn't a bottom part of the hitch, so I had to drag the trailer all over Denton for 2 days before I was able to turn it in. That makes no since to me at all. Not happy with that !!
Mia NicholsonMy trailer was actually scheduled to be dropped of at your franchisee in Stockdale, TX... They refused to accept it at 3:00 PM on a Sunday because they said they were closed. I was forced to take YOUR TRAILER 40 MILES OUT OF MY WAY because they did not understand the terms of your franchise agreement. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR FRANCHISEE IN STOCKDALE, TX AND TELL THEM THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO ACCEPT YOUR PROPERTY 24/7. I have done a lot of business with your company over the years and would hate to stop due to my experience with the affiliate of yours in Stockdale TX
ARISTON CLAUSSENmake sure the information on the online contract is filled out where it shows all the prices instead of just putting zeros. Not very helpful when I am trying to turn in the contract for a military move and the email contract won't work because there are no prices on it.

Virginia JarzombekOnly one person can do the paperwork for the rental. Would be nice if there was another person available. When I got there, the one that could do it was out on a job and I had to wait about 45 minutes. Did not cause a problem this time but might in the future or for someone else.

Anthony TamulesThis is the second time we reserved a uhaul and told the day before that uhaul couldn't provide the truck we reserved. In othere words, the uhaul reservation is meaningless. I had to become furious before a supervisor finally stepped up and at least tried to resolve the problem. Had I not had great friends to help, my wife and I would have not been able to.move and close escrow on th e sale of our home due to uhaul complete business incompetence. We will never use uhaul again. Ryder, we are all yours!

JAMES FARRISThe tow dolly was defective but no one knew it at the time. I almost lost my towed vehicle twice because of defective straps. Farmer's Gin did an outstanding job helping me hook up the dolly and were very professional and friendly.
Joyce CookThis was an alternative drop off location. Originally I was to drop off in floresville tx by Sunday at noon however when I arrived they were not a 24 hr location and had a sign that said I would be charged $50 if I dropped off. There was no mention of this when I set up the reservation..
