Hamza SWe didn't appreciate being switched locations at the last minute and also it was further from our location we were moving. Then charging us additional for the mileage that it took to get there and back.
Mason QThe truck had electrical problems with every warning light lit up on the dash and an alarm going off constantly while driving it. I called U-Haul and they said it's fine and just an electrical problem. The truck was loaded so I couldn't take it in to get fixed. I'm sure you will just rent it out to the next sucker without fixing it. I'm sure I wasn't the first with this problem.

J. MComputer app wasn't working and they had to call another location so I could get the vehicle off the lot. Took close to 40 minutes to complete this transaction. Need to have another option when the system doesn't work due to internet issues

Hannah MOnly a s small area devoted to U Haul. Cost me about three times one way to Tennessee from Delaware as from Tennessee to Delaware. How is that legal?

Hamza JWeird the way they want you to park equipment on dirt over a curb. Worker came out calmly saying I hit equipment on curb causing damage which was not true. The uhaul company also charged me for an extra day when my rental was for two days. I used trunk and hitch from Saturday November 4th-Monday November 6th, it said drop off could be all day. Worker called me also to change location of drop off but I declined. I doubt I'll ever use U-Haul again. Way too many charges and I left gas ABOVE half tank but still was overcharged.
Davon MAir pressure light was on when I got it. The driver seat didn't move. The key to unlock and start the car, took a few mins to do because you had to jiggle it a certain way. I've had a lot of uhaul trucks in the past and this was terrible. Almost like they built it with all used parts from scratch !

Hamza JWhen I got the truck there were cockroaches in them. I called to voice my concerns and they told me to kill them. I now have to call an exterminator for my house because of this. Then they charged me an environmental fee for the bugs being in the truck when I told them it was in there when I got it. They didn't seem to care about my situation at all and charged me more. I'm not going back to this location.

NICHOLAS SThe passenger side mirror did not work. It just spun in circles. The service tire system warning was lite on the dash. The steering was very sluggish. I reserved a dozen furniture pads and they had none available. I've rented uhaul trucks over a dozen times and this was by far the worst experience to date.

Hamza JDisgusting truck that is unsafe to drive! We rented this truck to drive it on a 5 hour round trip and it was the scariest drive of my life. This truck should not be available to use anymore as it is unsafe. Jumps back and forth, the engine light, brake light and ABS light comes on (have photos of this) truck stopped on us when going straight on the hwy. How can you guys even keep this truck in commission still. It's had 171k miles and felt like it was gonna break apart. This is a horrific uhaul, the worst and scariest I've ever experience.
ziyaahmad tThe salesperson was very rude. They charged me for equipment they did not provide and when I asked about it I was told if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I have used uhaul many times over the years by far this was my worst experience.

Delores TCustomer service to pick up and drop off the vehicle is outstanding. I rented the truck from one location but it was not available. The transfer of my request to a new location was quick and easy. I went to pick up the vehicle at the new location at 7 am on a Saturday but the facility did not have the truck ready. Customer service found a third location quickly and all went smoothly. I had trouble logging into the UHaul application, but again, the customer service was very helpful in working through that process so I could return the vehicle without having a worker at the drop-off location.
