Stellar experience. The people at Farrells Extreme Bodyshaping knew the U-Haul end of their business very well! Everything was handled quickly. The equipment was clean. I am a stickler for safety, and was well pleased that Farrells' people verified every light worked. **AND** they were pleasant people! AWESOME U-Haul dealer!

The green tag for the dolly and the wing nut that hold it in place was missing. I found this out when on my way home I hit a bump and heard the dolly fall over in the back. I have a heavy duty dolly and a regular dolly. I did not need the uhaul dolly and hope I don't get charged for it.

This location was great, however it was the third location I went to to pickup a 4X8 trailer to get one that I reserved. First location didn't have the correct size that we reserved, second location had a 4X8 but the lights on the trailer didn't work, so we had to go to a THIRD location to get the correct size trailer with working lights! Those people were fast and efficient. They were great!

The app kept dropping cell service (Verizon) which made it almost impossible to get through the check out process for the truck. It was a headache and took me about 45 minutes. The phone said I had full 5g bars.

Great place to rent from! Very accommodating and super friendly! They give that "hometown" feel when working with them. I had a pretty straight forward order and it was handled quickly and intelligently. There's a reason I keep coming back here over the years because they are one of the best ones to work with consistently in the Springs!
