There needs to be more education in this buisness. For the workers. The drop off location was different then what we selected and were told. Forked more money out for that. Got yelled at by management. And yet i should have gotten a discount for all these mistakes made by the company. Always disappointed when using uhaul but dont have another option.

Heather BWhen I arrived to the pick up site, the gentleman there said he would hook up my trailer for me to which I agreed. Shortly after I left the site I could tell the trailer was not hooked up properly and began pulling over to check the hitch. As I was pulling over, the trailer jumped off my hitch completely and rammed into the back of my vehicle, almost hitting another vehicle in the process. It is very lucky that the trailer was not loaded and that I was already going slow because I knew something was off. Had this happened to someone who did not realize until going high speeds, it could've been very dangerous. I had to drag the trailer out from under my vehicle and re-hook everything up myself on the side of the road. (I am a 120 pound, 25 year old woman for reference) The individual who hooked up my trailer only hooked up the chains, he did not in any way secure the trailer to the actual hitch. This is unacceptable for someone who is representing Uhaul. They need more training on how to properly and safely hook up these trailers.
Jordan Cthe guys at Fas Gas were awesome! Uhaul on its own sucked. told me the day before my moving date that there wasn't any trucks available for me and the closest was 1 hour 45 minutes away. If it wasn't the day before I was supposed to move I would have just cancelled with Uhaul. Not impressed.

Stephan MThis was our first time using U-Haul and reserving a trailer ahead of time for a family move that involved a 600 km drive to this location. Prior to arriving we phoned to check in on the trailer. Sadly, the individual that had rented the trailer before us had no intention of bringing it back at the prescribed drop off time and told the attendant he was keeping the trailer until the next day at 6 PM. Needless to say, with this being our only option, and no trailer is within 400 km of our location, we were left in a very unfortunate position. After spending two hours speaking with the attendant and on the phone with a U-Haul representative we received a 50 % discount on an open motorcycle trailer which absolutely did not fit our needs to move furniture over a long distance. We spent more time opening a 'ticket' to get back some of our fuel costs incurred to which received a refund of $50. This was absolutely terrible customer service. A large company such as this should have ensured we had a trailer and to leave people in this situation is ridiculous. I'm sure this will not garner a response, but I will never be using U-Haul again.

Jolie VUpgrade your computer and POS systems. Both Dufferin Ave and Regent Ave were experiencing issues with the payment system. They shouldn't have to enter your credit card into the system manually.

DARREN TI have a bad experience in fas gas Uhaul, they should hire people that know how to install the trailer and with experience dealing with equipments.. this is 3rd time in the 2 WEEKS I've rent in Uhaul, they are all terrible, can't complain because I need the trailer.. I hope Uhaul management can do something about it, especially in the Dauphin MB.
Edbert NStaff were friendly. However, there was no walk through of trailer. Got trailer home. It was not clean, there was mud and saw dust everywhere as well as used blankets with some kind of residue on them. Had to spend time cleaning and dispose of disgusting blankets. Won't use location ever again.
Tyson CReturned truck an hour late and was charged for a full extra day (pick up time was 6pm SK time which is 7pm MB time but the time difference was not taken into account), also returned truck with 3/4 of a tank if fuel with no reimbursement/credit... Overall very dissatisfied with the extra charges especially when we had to drive an extra hour and 45 minutes to pick the truck up to begin with and returned with more fuel

KENNETH FImprove your website. Except for the excellent employee I would have left and never rented from you again. It is no wonder you ask only about the location... I would be embarrassed too if I had anything to do with that pathetic website.
DAVID GDrop off location is in a small and unorganized lot, making parking/drop off difficult. Because of the smaller trailer, it took more time to rearrange and organize all of my stuff to fit which took more time then originally planned. I also had to put more items into the box of the truck which meant we had to travel even slower coming home, taking more time. I was originally told that the trailer was due to be dropped off at 8am but as long as I dropped it off anytime that day and during their hours of operation, I wouldn't be charged any extra fees. I dropped the trailer off shortly before 12pm the same day it was due back and during store hours. When I went to leave I was charged $33, the fee that occurs if you drop off when the store is closed for the day you were supposed to drop off. I questioned the personnel about this but she said she didn't know why or anything but that I had to pay it. I payed it but would have liked a better explanation after being told something different. After the trailer mix up and this, I don't think I will be using or recommending uhaul again.
Kristen BUpdate your computers, and also train your employees better. Provide equipment to help people with the move as their was none to rent. I would never recommend you guys ever. No one knew what they were doing and I was trying to pay for the miles I was going to use and they said it would be fine I wouldn't be charged yet I'm getting charged for it also make sure your vehicles are filled befor the rentals.

LESLIE EHe didn't know how to unhook the trailer so I had to do it and he was a strong large man and couldn't lift trailer off my hitch so I had to use my Jack from my car and do it to lift trailer off . I was filthy and cold and tired and I'll never use uhaul again . Again no safety equipment and Jack lift to lift and move trailer . Terrible company that doesn't supply each business location with a trailer lift !!! Employees will be hurt !!! And so was I !!!
Barbara WReplace or maintain your equipment after each time you rent it out , I would hate to see anybody go through the ordeal that I went through.
Edward LPacking pads or mats & trolly would help make loading easier for moving
