The site was unstaffed, there were no instructions on what to do. If it hadn't been for the banner and some UHAUL equipment on the lot I wouldn't have known it was the correct location. As it was, I didn't feel confident leaving a trailer I am responsible for in front of a beat up pole barn.

Shanna PI used uhaul service 3 times in the last 2 weeks. 2 times I used mobile pick up and both times the app seems to freeze when it asks me to confirm the license plate. And wouldn't load the pics to allow me to confirm previous damage to the truck. Otherwise a smooth process
Jeffrey SWe dropped after hours so no contact with anyone but was a convenient and close location to drop the truck.
ROBERT SWaiting for the representative to answer the call to help me determine the best location to return once I was finished took a very long time but thankfully I had family close by and could go there until it was my turn. I'm just glad I wasn't calling to report an accident or that I had broken down.

Thomas SWith few days of reservation I came to the pick-up location and then it start all problems. Agent could not give me any price for my truck rental. His prices was going between $ 2000 & $ 3000 .For almost 1,5 hrs he couldn't get contact with any supervisor or manager. After I get my truck, I must go 18 miles to different location to pick-up tow transportation trailer and then, with the truck and trailer go back to the first place and put my personal vehicle on trailer and then go back home and start loading other things to be transport out of state. All process of picking up 1 set off truck and trailer was taken more than 2,5 hrs. Only return that equipment in Connecticut was absolutely stress less. Hopefully I will never need to rent anything from U-Haul.
jason wWell I had requested a box truck with a dolly in it. Actually already paid for the dolly. And there was not a dolly in the truck at all. I am a single mom moving my entire house by myself. The dolly was a very crucial for me to move my larger items. It was a very huge inconvenience for me to NOT have the dolly i requested. I will definitely be calling the main number tomorrow for some type of reimbursement

John DThe building is not identified very well. I went to the wrong business to return the trailer because they had the only unlocked door. The U-Haul dealer was not open at around 3PM. I was very uncomfortable dropping off a nice trailer like that at that location. If I owned the trailer there would be no way I would leave it there unsecured. I'm sorry about this review, but that's the way I feel. You couldn't ask for a better dealer in Alexandria In. I was impressed with their location and professionalism !

Janis TAgain went over why I had to drive over 40 miles out of the way to drop off this trailer and was told I selected the return it's my fault. Your website would not accept a different location. For this reason you've lost a customer.
Richard SThe lock on the vehicle I was supposed to use did not work properly with any codes. I had to call Uhaul customer service and get a different vehicle from the same location. This meant that I did not get the equipment that I wanted (two dollys) and I had to go and purchase two dollys of my own costing more than renting the truck. This was extremely unpleasant and the woman I spoke with on the phone stated that I should be getting a $50 refund for the truck rental guarantee that I did not get.
Chyenne OI returned my equipment on time and am StILL being charged time and time again . Why am I still being charged more money and never recieved my deposit

Lloyd SThe entire Mobil app is a joke, I was there at 7 to get my truck left at 10, couldn't get help from customer service, got disconnected 3 times after being on hold for 15, 20 min. The location of unit the person was out of town and could not really help, I actually had a nervous breakdown trying for 3 hours to get this truck, NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!! The hoops on that mobile app are ridiculous, not to mention it's not compatible with android apparently, and nobody tells you that upfront, TOTAL SHIT SHOW.I want a refund
