Upon arrival to this location, which was changed at the last minute, we could not find the suite. When we called the number on the reservation we found out that there was no physical address and we were standing in a literal parking lot. The agent arrived late with the key. Upon initial inspection of the vehicle, it was very dirty inside the cab and appeared to be an older vehicle. This was the only 20 foot truck available in the area.

Charged me for gas even though I put gas

I paid almost $80 for a two day rental for a small truck and the sign on the truck said $19 per day. What's up with that.

The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my drop off should've been eight minutes away. And when we got there, no U-Haul dealership was there. We had to call them come to find out that they moved 25 minutes away from my original drop off. Corporate needs to update their dealerships addresses/locations.

Cab was not clean bread crumbs and candy wrappers and used paper towels all through out the cab. When I got home I blew all that trash out of the cab. Everything else was good. Van was new. I appreciate the no governor on speed limit, as speed limits have increased on our highways. Thanks again U-Haul, you saved the day.

Made the reservation over the phone. I was given a location out of my city to pick up the truck. When arriving to the 1st reservation location and waiting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes without any assistance, I was finally informed by one of the employees that the person in charge of doing paperwork and releasing truck was out of town on vacation. Find a way for the third party to always stay in constant communicate with you all. It was an inconvenience and at the end I had to drive even further to pick up a truck.

Everything was ok for a first time renter the truck had warning lights for the tires and there was some crumbs on the floor that I cleaned out so they wouldn’t charge me

Make sure you're equipment works it didn't have AC and it was hot but since I used my phone I couldn't get another unit at the time it was after hours when I picked it up

Would have been nice to have proper cleaning of truck inside and outside. The business office was unfortunately not well maintained, office was unorganized and uninviting needs of cleaning. Professional staff customer service was a plus.

Have telephone numbers that can reach the manager. I arrived early, and while unit was there, could not reach anyone at Fast Ride. They didn't have blankets, so had to go to another location.

Equipment I ordered was not available (had to take bigger/more expensive) and then had problems dropping off equipment at the end because the 1 person office was closed and phone calls to his personal phone were not going through. I rent from UHaul pretty frequently and this has been the worst experience I've had.

Arturo was very helpful;professional and he was able to explain all the different insurance coverages to me that helped me make my decision in choosing insurance coverage

My experience with U-Haul representative Arturo was outstanding. Arturo was very polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Fast Ride U-Haul (725 N WARE RD STE 3, McAllen, Tx) will be my go to location for U-Haul needs.

Went to the office during business hours and it was closed. having to do the process over the phone was frustrating. Worst part was the truck, its ignition system was barely starting showing the lack of maintains.

If it wasn't for the gentleman at this facility I would've rated U-Haul poor. The original drop off location nobody was there nobody ever responded so went to a secondary location where this gentleman took good care of me.

I don't if I would,when thay charge like a 300 % mark up ($430 dollars) compared to a dolly rental 6 months prior for $89 dollars. Seams like highway robbery.

A/c not working in uhaul

Everything was good, the AC in the truck though only worked some here some there.

Got told if turned truck before scheduled tutn in time would get credit, it was all a lie and turned it in a day early for nothing.. really unprofessional.

Brought truck back within 1/2 hour of pickup, but very difficult to obtain refund for rental. Still charged for mileage. Not acceptable.

I needed and Wanted to purchase boxes but this location and another didn’t have boxes available for purchase.
