I think this location did well, i feel there should be better instructions though as to where to get the key when preordered and how and what to do when you drop off after hours. I had no idea where to leave the key so had call and leave special notes on where i left it. But other than that it went well! Last time i used uhaul they charged me 320$ extra for a truck i didnt even want because they were out of the others and said the upgrade was free. Asked for the smallest truck ended up with a semi and a bill for the semi. Havent used uhaul since so wad very worried they would steal from me again. But this location did not so would use them again because i know they are safe. That's actually saying a lot.

The location did not have my furniture dolly and furniture pads ready---we had to go to a different location in order to get them. This definitely slowed down our move. There was also no one on site to help us.

Not to fault this specific location, but the system in which is used and order was placed. When We went to pick up the trailer, we were told that our truck was not able to tow the trailer. However, when I Placed the order I gave the specifications Of the truck to person assisting me. There were no indications that there would be any issues with towing the trailer with our truck. It was a massive inconvenience for my husband to obtain the trailer since he had to use his fathers truck. Had they not been together, we would not have been able to get the trailer. We had people counting on us to move some items and we were not able to pick up the equipment until 4pm so there was a time crunch to make it work. The man assisting us at this location was helpful, but the error in the system that prevented us from taking the trailer with our truck was terribly inconvenient.

I dropped off trailer about 15 minutes after closing time after calling the store. They had no problems with that and I was happy to get it turned in early.

Let me reserve a truck for a place that didn't open for two hours. Made me drive 15 miles to another location for a 26' truck. That new location didn't have a 26' truck and had to drive back 15 miles to try to find a 26' truck. I had 8 people waiting for me to help me move while I was trying to get my truck. I will never be using U-Haul in the future because there was no good communication or understanding of where my truck was. If I do not get a full refund on this experience, I will be submitting a BBB claim later this week for the poor business from U-Haul.

I thought that I was going to pick up the trailer at a UHaul facility close to me. At the last minute I was told to go here and had a hard time finding it. The only employee there was not a UHaul employee and helped me but didn't seem to care about the UHaul business.

They are very nice and have good customer service but he isnt an actual uhaul retailer. I had rented an appliance dolly, 2 furniture dollies and a dozen moving blankets. He only had an appliance dolly. So if you only need a truck and an appliance dolly then yes its a good place but if you need more extensive supplies through uhaul you should go to a true retailer. Not a bad experience though.

Rep was very nice and did a good job. My only frustration is that I checked in online to save time and filled out the forms only to have to do it all over again when I got there even though he had the info already. Your advertising is misleading and 100% false in regards to saving 1/2 time when you pick up the vehicle.

It worked out well that this was my location - the gentleman that helped me didn't normally do the U-Haul rentals, but he was very helpful and patient. From a U-Haul corporate perspective, I had seen the reviews regarding location changes before I reserved. I'd done this before so I didn't worry. I got a TEXT MESSAGE after hours of both locations and was driving and couldn't take much action (on a Friday night at 8pm). Mileage charges weren't really an issue since I rented a trailer, but if I'd had a truck, I'd be really upset. (I saw one guy who was unable to move due to the change that happened to him). The Uhaul system is automated and should be able to tell what's available at which location and adjust accordingly. it is not fair to the location to potentially be dealing with a very upset customer for a problem that's not theirs... Other than that, I was good with my rental. The location accepted my original pickup time instead of the changed one "corporate" gave me.
