We had a computer problem but the guy took care of everything and was pleasant to deal with .

Have key lock boxes that work!!! Could not get box open! Once I gave up , called customer service and was on hold two different times at least 15 minutes. It was the day before a holiday, so no one Was available to talk to in person. Was finally told it would take 30 minutes for a technician to meet us to open the box and it did! He was very nice and apologetic! 1 1/2 hours later after arriving to pick up the truck, we were finally on our way! So do not have a tight schedule if you decide to Rent a UHaul!!!

The man at the location was amazing! However after pucking up the truck i tried calling and got routed to a corporate office and the man on the phone was an idiot! No matter how simply I explained the situation he didnt get it. And it was not complicated. If I had to get the truck through him i would have walked away!
