Its a liquor store with a few Uhaul trucks parked out front in the mud. Opened 25 minutes late, meaning I was delayed from the start. Clerk barely knew how to operate the Uhaul app. Couldn't provide the utility dolly, furniture dollies, and furniture pads I had reserved. Spent over an hour with customer service trying to resolve his error having charged me for the equipment they couldn't provide while disengaging to tend to other liquor store matters (only 1 clerk present). Despite having been promised by the customer service rep who called the day before switching me to pickup at this location (not my choice of location), that they would have packing supplies (boxes, tape, wrap, etc.) they had none. Although I could have bought plenty of liquor, cigarettes, bongs, CBD, and snacks. Once I had the truck, had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the utility dolly, furniture pads, furniture dolly, and packing supplies from a REAL Uhaul location. REFUSE TO USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR UHAUL PICKUP.Christian B.
The trailer was missing the safety pin in the hitch latch which I had to go buy a bolt to prevent it from possibly coming detached from my pick up truck! Other than that minor issue the trailer was well maintained and keptChristopher F.

placed order on line with a utility cart for fridge and charged for it, at pickup there was no utility cart and store attendant was no help, she just stated that they didnt have one!!Scott A.

Didn't order the moving blankets or anything, but they were scattered everywhere when we received the truck. The person working didn't know much about helping us after we had already paid on the website. This is all after we weren't able to get a truck at a different location that had also already been paid for. Poor experience.Robert S.
