Poor customer service, and no help with the equipment. I strained my back lifting the trailer to hitch it to my truck. I was left alone without any assistance. I will NOT recommend this location to anyone I know

Make sure that not just one person knows how to do the U-Haul. Train everybody in the facility how to do checkout so the customers are not waiting. I would recommend this place to friend if it was easier and more convenient. I needed to get out of there but there was no way for them to do my U-Haul purchase by card so I had to pull out of an ATM that charge me $3.75. The guy was nice so it was fine. I got there at 1pm and it took us till 1:45pm to get me out of there with the u-Haul. Still very happy with my purchase.
