Patrick GMake sure the uhaul is back in time for the next customer. I had made the reservation almost 2 months ago and some idiot did not return the truck promptly so their for I had to go to another location and wasted about an hour of my time

katherine hThe truck we rented had a broken cup holder and as a result the interior was sticky from spilled soda, also the engine oil level was at the bottom of the dipstick tube and I needed to add 1,5 quarts of synthetic oil.

Matthew BWell I made a reservation at a location closer to where i lived and not at this location, got a 26 footer instead of the 20 i ordered, and the brakes and power steering was not very well maintained. Glad i will not be moving for awhile. Merci

DAVID JI called uhaul the night before pickup to confirm rental. They informed me they did not have my reservation but that I could drive 200 miles to pick up what I reserved. Needless to say I was furious. The agent said to read the fine print that they don't guarantee you can get equipment. What's the point in a reservation then? If I'd have known that, I'd have brought my own trailer. We ended up with a smaller trailer. Made it work but not optimal. I'll never reserve again. Next time I'll just call and make sure I have a plan B option.
