Clearer directions for lockbox would be helpful (perhaps a sign near the trucks with directions). The truck I ordered didn't have mobile pick up, so the remote U-Haul office took care of me by shifting me to a larger truck which did have mobile access. This was greatly appreciated!
Aaron PMy issue is not with the location but with the U-haul app and website. I was very Dissatisfied with the app at pickup - we arrived at 9am on time and everytime I selected "pick up truck" I would begin entering information, then there was a confirmation section and when it would send the code, I would try to navigate to find the code on my phone and the app would end my session. I did this probably 10 times. What's the point of sending a code to confirm identity if Everytime I navigate to retrieve the code it goes back to start? Very frustrating. Then, once I finally complete that hurdle, the app tells me my application is still under review to ensure I'm an eligible driver or something to that effect. I submitted this truck request within business hours the day before. Why am I still having to be verified that I can actually pick up the truck that is ready for me? Also extremely frustrating. I finally, after calling the 800# for customer service, speaking to no one, somehow get approved so I can get the code, get my keys and go start our moving process. Then, at the end of the day, I've had a long day, return the truck early - and Everytime I scan the location code, which is visible and in a good location, the app errors out and says "internal error trying again" or something to that effect. Also extremely frustrating. After another 30 minutes, after trying probably 5x through the app and 3x through the website, the app decides to work, I can submit my pictures and keys and be on my way. I do NOT blame the owners of the location for this - their small business having this available was such a helpful location for us to pickup and move and I appreciate the location very much for their service. However, the U-haul corporate administration of the app and website is absymal - whatever code you need to fix so errors like that don't produce customer experiences like this needs to happen yesterday. In addition to my moving stress, this absolutely DID NOT HELP. I absolutely recommend the location - but am extremely disappointed in the app and website experiences I had.

ARVEDA SMy bank account was charged twice! Once for what I was told was a hold fee and was told would NOT be charged to my card, and then another charge for the actual amount of the receipt. You can't just charge people double when they are not expecting that! I need a refund please.

CHRYSTAL JSeveral points here: (1) This location did not have the equipment that I reserved. We reserved an appliance dolly, we got a regular dolly. This inconvenienced us a great deal. And the location was very unconcerned about this inconvenience. Service was very poor, attitude was very *who cares.* (2) The truck had no AC. In reality, with the AC on, cold air blew every once in a while--rarely--but mostly it delivered hot air, and it was 103 F today. Sometimes the fan just gave out and it blew nothing. This truck was like a hell on wheels and we almost passed out riding in it. (3) The truck shook doing 60 mph, like it was about to die, and the steering was atrocious. I thought we might get in a serious wreck in this truck. (4) When I filled the car after finishing, we ended up putting 6 gallons in the tank after driving only ~30 miles. We were told it was full when we took it, and to return it full when we were finished, which we did. Did this truck really get 5 mpg? When I told the attendant about this after returning the truck, she shrugged. I think I basically bought 2 extra gallons because it wasn't really full. That's like an extra $10. Again, the real issue was the attendant's attitude. It was like, *who cares.* (5) When I told the attendant at Finders Keepers that the truck had no AC, she literally said "whatever." I'm not going to embellish this report any further than to ask: how would you feel under these circumstances? Would you despise the logo of U-Haul every time you saw it after? Would you ever want to rent from U-Haul again? You tell me. I will certainly never set foot inside Finders Keepers again, that's for sure. As for renting U-Hauls in future? I'm going to look for all other options, and I'm going to give anyone renting U-Hauls the business before I am willing to be pulled in to another sucker job like today. And I'll make sure everyone I know is aware of our experience, if they ask for recommendations. Penske, anyone else, before U-Haul after today.

William MLate to arrive to her business. Causing us to start our move 2 hours late. That's two hours later than our reservation time. I Filled up to where I rented it at, and she still charged me extra. Overall horrible experience. I've rented uhauls from NC to Hawaii. Used uhaul over 10 times while in the Army. This was by far the poorest experience I've had with this company. I will be contacting uhaul for a full refund and express my experience.
James SI originally reserved a 15 foot truck at the s Campbell uhaul location. I showed up and the worker said "oh yeah, we are completely out of trucks". When I reserved, it said that I was reserving a 15 foot truck & pickup was the exact time I showed. I ended up having to rush across town to get the last one from another place. That was very frustrating, as why even make reservations if they don't keep trucks for you?? I loved Finders Keepers though & the lady assisting us was very helpful and friendly!
KAITLYN WNose of the trailer leaked, destroying about $350 worth of books. Wasn't told there was an option for cargo insurance. Told me they'd take $25 off my total price at least, but still charged full amount.

David BVehicle clean overall, but interior had not been vacuumed after previous customer. Also, truck not equipped with cruise control. This might have been acceptable years ago when it was a luxury option but not today when it is standard on most vehicles. Would also have helped with fuel economy.

Brad EThere needs to be more parking area for the trucks and trailers you rent so its not so tight moving around.
RODNEY RThe parking lot is simply too small to accommodate trailer hookup and drop off. Possibly more could be done to provide a dedicated area for UHaul business further separating retail shop parking from UHaul parking. The trailer I rented was obviously very old with holes in the floor and leaks allowing water/ice to form inside the trailer.
