There is no let her u haul in the area. The pick up was for 7am. And they did not open till 8am. Also they have and super old computer. They are older so service is slow. But they are nice people

Firebaugh Self Storage is an easy access, centrally located facility. The staff was friendly and assisted me with my needs. I recommend this site even if you need to drive a little bit extra. Their direct number is 559.659.3978.

Location was difficult to turn around in once trailer was hooked up. Lower brake lights did not work.

I had to check myself out because the lady didn't know how to do it...after already pre checking in!?! Took 45 minutes to leave with my truck!?! Got in the truck to a nasty moldy and soggy napkin in the door handle. Truck REEKED like smoke and was FILTHY inside. I can provide pictures if needed!

Everything! The gas tank had a leak and as I was refilling it was leaking out. Waste of gas. No ramps on truck to load washer, dryer & other heavy items.

My only complaint is NOT this location, but the one we were SUPPOSED to get the trailer at in Los Banos, which is where we originally reserved it from, called and said they didnt have a trailer the size we requested, AFTER I received confirmation online. icking the trailer up in Firebaugh caused me to have to drive an extra 70 miles from my planned trip to be able to accomodate they moving of personal effects I was involved in doing. ALSO, your website for some reason wont allow me to rent a 6X10 dual axle trailer when my Expedition has the exact same towing ratings and xapabilities as an F150 of the same year. I dont get it, and NO ONE at any U-Haul retailer seems to be able to tell me why. But I doubt I will hear from anyone at or from UHaul concerning this.

My vehicle had broken down and I needed to rent a truck and trailer to get home. The people were friendly and helpful. I only wish they had a pickup truck to rent instead of a box van. The van cab didn't quite have enough leg room since I am tall and have problems with my left leg. Other than that everything was good with this experience.

Dropped off on Sunday. Place was closed. Parked truck and left key in drop box.

Uhaul was in great Shape n working condition. Only problem was the service and Firebaugh Location. Had a 8am Appt there, but took an hour to get processed. They to upgrade there computer or connection. Lady had to turn off the computer like 10 times. Other that that great service. Merci.

This reservation was made in Fresno the agent told me that the trailer would be available in Fresno. After paying by CC and waiting for a call back, I foun out that I would have to drive 49 miles each way to get the trailer.

The signal lights on the truck did not work. I had a coupon issued by uhaul and the cashier was extremely hesitant to use it. The cashier did not know how to work the register I had to get on the register and apply the coupon myself.

They would not come out and help us! Told us to drop trailer off any where! I went inside and the were complaining why I left it there and they couldn't check the lights now! I asked why didn't they come out and she didn't answer me! Very disappionting and if those are the kind of people u having working for u guys... What a shame! Oh ya she was uspset cause I dropped it off a day early!

Nothing really. Location was easy to find. The proximity to I-5 was great. The ready access to self storage made unloading simple. The employees were friendly and great to deal with, even helping fold up blankets.
