U-Haul had this as the "closest" drop off which was approximately 20 miles away from my destination. I passed at least 2 other locations that were closer and had the room, but were not suggested as eligible drop locations.

alvin cThe pick up location was a convenience store and the attendant did not know how to rent a truck. I had to speak to her boss on her cell phone. The boss was hard to understand over the phone. Original reservation was for pickup over twenty miles away despite having reserved the truck for pickup in the 32277 zip code.

Would have only taken a few minutes. I couldn't remember if we needed to refuel or not. Was not able to access computer due to move.
Janice MUnprofessional location - will never use again. Sorry to take them away from their busy schedule to have to checkout the truck. Mid checkout the agent was distracted - almost 30 mins later I had to remind him hey we are not finished with my truck. Absolute disaster.

The truck had a problem with the transmission or engine it was a very unstabled ride. I returned the truck gave the key to cashier and I was charged double for the truck usage…. I am waiting for my refund…the worst experience I have had in 10yrs with uhaul

Pamela HIt was great because it was a gas station and we needed to refill, but the key drop was a box that you needed a code to access, but we didn't have a code, so we handed the key to the convenience store clerk, which I didn't feel to great about.

Dennis CThis isn't a location complaint as much as it is a company complaint. I ordered a truck days in advance only to pick up from a self serve location that did not have the dolly as requested. I was sent to corporate location who again did not have the equipment. I hired a moving company who luckily did have the dolly however they had to go get theirs ending up with all the loss of time I paid for two hours of moving help and only ended up getting them for twenty minutes. Thanks Uhaul for wasting my time and money.

Michael SGet rid of that Orange park Chevron location at the Chevron. I was overcharged for the guy checking the wrong truck and I brought everything back including equipment. I need my money refund

DARYL TI was supposed to get a furniture dolly that I was charged for that wasn't in the truck and the furniture pads were not folded. I thought it was supposed to be a contactless pick up but I had to go inside the store to get the key and the guy was a jerk.
sean rTruck was out of alignment. Had to hold the wheel almost 20 degrees to the right to maintain straight travel. Suspension was extremely rough. The vehicle must have been in a accident prior to my rental. Thankfully I had nothing broken.

DENVER CLocation was a convenience store so of course they were busy with customers purchasing gas and items, but we were continually asked to step aside for other customers. Guy at the register was rude, hard to hear, did the basic minimum. I presented my ID as I normally do but he said he couldn't accept that. I needed to upload my ID to the system even though I had not chosen online pickup. Won't go there again for sure.
Wendy YThe individual was very nice, but he was not able to give the transaction his full attention as he had to deal with multiple interruptions from other customers which is understandable since it is a convenience store/gas station not a uhaul facility.

Nancy HI talked to the Uhaul Number and they told me I could return it to the next closet location which was this . First the last told me they couldn't take the truck back there I explained the situation and if we would have went further we would of exceeded our 70 mile limit! I was there for an hour and she had no idea what she was doing while I was thinking she did . Finally another person shows up and she says Do you know how to do returns and in 10 minutes I was fine out of there .... Horrible experience to say the least!

Michael RWas there over an hour and half trying to drop the key off. I was trying to get out if Florida before the storm hits the Jacksonville area. There was no visible area to drop the key in, the clerk was great and he was helpful
Christy PThe agent was awesome after an initial very poor experience at the original location. Made a reservation a month in advance and on my contract guarantees the equipment available, after 2 confirmation calls and a confirmation text for 9am pick up, I show 1/2 hour early to find they don't have a vehicle for me as reserved. This cost me $12 Uber ride and 1,5 hours to pick-up at a different location. Vehicle I picked up was filthy, but the agent was great
Mike HLady took the gas station customers first and had us wait. Then pushed the wrong button and told us we were supposedly in an accident. Took about 30 minutes to check us out.

Erin PI was charged gas usage because system said the gas was full at the time I pickup the truck. Actually it was under 3/4 at that time. When I returned the truck I filled what I used which was 3 gallons for 19 miles I drove. So I was not supposed to be charged for anything! I called the customer service and she said she will file the case. I want to get my money back! What a horrible experience! U-HAUL is lying!

John GDue to the fact that we did not have a reservation it caused problems. When asked if we could setup reservation was told we needed to set it up on the computer. We had just travelled 10 hours and didn't have computer. Was told we needed to wait because he needed to wait on his customers and Uhaul was not his priority. However after we waited he did call uhaul for us and we were able to leave at location. Overall, it was a bad experience. Drop off location staff made comment also they had not been trained on set up
Linda BTo rent your equipment I have to put all my information plus credit card info in the computer to reserve the item, then when I get it I have to give all the same information once again, then when I return I have to give all the exact same information again! When I put all my information in the first time I should not need to do it two more times, hackers only steal the info once why.

Cathleen CMy only problem is that when I called customer service I was on the phone for over half an hour before someone actually helped me. Then that person gave me the wrong answer. Once I called back the second time and waited for another half-hour the second person was more than helpful on the phone.
Beverly SThe staff is very friendly but, the location was terrible. The place was poorly kept and cluttered. It took about an hour of waiting just to sign the paperwork, when I was the only one in line. When I got the truck it still had trash in the back from the previous user.
Bradley HThis is a 24hr/day place. I thought I could not get the truck till 8am. Had I know I would have gotten it a 6:30am or even the night before. It was literally right around the corner from the house I was moving from.

Ben NYou will need to allow extra time for pickup as there was only one person on duty in the gas station store. However, attendant was very courteous and tried to get me on my way as quickly as possible. Any delays were not the fault of the attendant but just the way the business operates. Return was extremely quick. Very satisfied renting from this location. If you feel you should be taken care of before anybody else, do not go. If you want a great truck and great treatment, go here. Also, paying the extra $14 for damage and avoid the hassle of making sure all previous damage is listed on the rental agreement. Make pick up much easier and faster.
Nick BNeed a better location for office not a convenience store. Lots of people coming in store while trying to get uhaul truck.
