I did receive my contract via email as requested.
Robert PClerk was very accommodating. She graciously stayed after closing hours to take care of my drop-off. And she did it all with a pleasant smile!
ARTEMIO MTrain people better. Woman told me insurance was required. I had State Farm, didn't need or want the extra charge of $84.

Laura MMy pick up time was 9:00 am. I arrived at 9:00 am and the store was not open. I left and came back around 15 minutes later; still wasn't open. I left and came back at 10:00 am, and the the owner was there. While the owner was extremely friendly, he was unable to process the reservation, and had to call his office manager multiple times to seek help. Finally, he left it up to UHaul to finish the paperwork. I was finally able to leave around 10:45 am, even though no one else was at the office. I lost 1,75 hours on an otherwise easy transaction. I was not pleased.

HOMERO Gthe lady in charge showed up 20 mnts late to open so we had to wait around for her, but other than that, she was better than the gentleman at the pick up location.
ruben gThis has nothing to do with the dealer, but the traffic department was rude and was not a good experience dealing with them. Also, you probably should improve your website to not allow a reservation to be made where a truck is not available.
ANGELA TLocation is great, the equipment was clean ready to use. Anna the lady who did the contract for me was always ready to help me and she even waited for me during her lunch hour even after I arrived 2 hours late she was not upset about it, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
ABRAHAM Gramp pin was stuck and had to use pry bar to unlatch it.

She shows alot of dedication and professionalism to her job and I would definetely reccomend all my friends to use uhaul on their next move. Thank you uhaul for having such people working for you.
