Kenneth PSuper friendly and helpful. We got extremely lucky that this truck arrived unexpectedly at this location. The owners were very nice even though we found this a little while after they should've been closed.

Kathryn SMonitor the location better. This place was terrible, no ody was there, the grounds had weeds all over the place. We had to speak to a U haul rep to get hold of the owner . We were charged for gas , which we filled to where it was when we picked up the truck, and I swept the truck myself and was charged for cleaning. It was a horrible experience this time around
Jennifer HI called ahead to make sure we had reservations and that my daughter's name was on the contract. When she went to check in, there was no reservation. The person I talked to in corporate never put reservation in we found out. She had to drive from Lubbock to Littlefield to find a trailer. We still had to pay the full price for the trailer. Terrible experience and until this is addressed, I will avoid uHaul.

Haylee RI went to the drop off location and no one was there. We had to call and leave a message, then communicate via text message to leave the truck there then leave the keys in a non UHaul drop box until somebody came to their office to complete our drop off.

Rachel STerrible customer service. When we had an issue we couldnt get ahold of the person we needed we had to call another store for help. The person wasn't at the store during store hours and wouldn't answer the phone during hours either. No help on how to return the truck and where to put the key at.

THEODORE CLots of metal pieces were left in the trailer for me to clean up, she said she was sorry she did not check it first. I wish since I turned it in on saturday that I could get some money back since I did not keep it 3 days

Randall FAt first i reserved my trailer at a closer location but then someone called me and told me that there was nothing available at my desired location a day after. Customer service was satisfactory, they were nice and helped me with any questions that i had. When i went to drop off the trailer after using it, i was not given a receipt nor any type of confirmation. This created a concern as a coustomer because whose to say i was being robbed by a stranger who was impersonating a dealer. The man who took my trailer didn't seem to professional and didn't provide any documentation after dropping my equipment off. Maybe u haul should fix that
Luis CHonor your reservations. We reserved 3 months ago and ended up having to drive a total of 80 extra miles to pick up. Major inconvenience since the pick up location closed at 12 noon.

Rodney KThe business name is not what was listed online or on our paperwork. U-haul vehicles mixed in with heavy equipment and other vehicles. Open yard. We had to search for the drop box, as it was not labeled or identified; we were not sure if we were dropping the key in the correct location. We did not want to leave the key in the vehicle due to several people watching from across the street. We dropped off on a Sunday morning, came back on Monday to make sure they got the key; staff was short and stated "yea, we got it." and went back to what he was doing.

Called to see if returning to them would be cheaper then 127 for a small 5x8 trailer for 24 hours said they would call me back called at 2 pm. When returning call they would not answer. Poor service Returned to Lubbock location. No answer on the cheaper if returned to them. Asked why so much for 24 hrs. Gave no other options . Or answers on what would be better for 24 hrs service. All teenagers and kids running through business with a big dog. Said it's her side job. Thought uhaul was more professional then that .

ROBERT HPoor quality truck, Cheap tires on it, floor was not flat, no ramp, horrible power, extremely poor fuel milage, and the 76 mph governor about got me killed try to pass a slower moving semi truck.

charley tGET SOMEONE TO INSTALL CRUISE control. I am a retired/disabled USN person. Without cruise control I cannot drive for more than about a half hour before the pain in my leg starts up. NO one buys vehicles without cruise control these days. People do not look for cruise control any more than they would check to see if a rental vehicle had headlights. For the pain I had to endure for the 1000+ mile drive, you can all go to hell. Cheap A-- Bastards.
