The office was uncomfortably dirty and smelly the vehicle was clean and they asked a lot of questions but never mentioned the fact that I was going to get a $30 penalty if the vehicle came back below a quarter tank even though they gave it to me just above a quarter tank

The customer service and the place I got the Uhaul are perfectly good. But the company where they work like Uhaul made mistake on my bill until now is $500+ for 1 or 2 day driving only 20 miles total. They charge me for diff. Truck in their computer and it's still pending on my credit card. The company doesn't really good about kiosk billing system. It's a bad experience. The people or C.S. Who assist me trying to fix the problem and call the manager. I don't know what's going on. They need to fix this kind of C.S. All of them.

I'm very pleased about the service hours 9 to 9 m-f, they hold a variety of rental vehicles and staff is friendly and helpful. Bilingual too that it always a plus.

Looks like the trailer just came off the road in the weather. Right strap winch was frozen up. I had to clean and oil just to get it to work.
