Axel ArellanoThe gas cap was hanging off and the gas tank was less than 1/16th full, despite the app stating there was more gas. It looks like the gas had been siphoned. The area of town had lots of homeless people around. The truck needs new wiper blades and it was very difficult to move the shifter into gear.
Faith BransonMy U-Haul had a leak in the gas line. I went to put more gas in it and it started leaking. Because of this I was not able to finish using my U-Haul for the day. I got no refund or new U haul for the last part of the day.

Pamela FoustThis location was pitch black at night, lots of homeless people, no clear parking marked, the app is terrible said I was checked out at return yet they are still taking money daily. My vehicle got towed costs me 370 dollars so to rent a 10 foot uhaul for 13 hours has cost me 700 bucks I'm beyond sick over it. I can't afford it and I'd like them to reimburse me but every place I call its not the right department

daniel pageMy experience with this rental was not that great because the U-Haul system was down and took a couple hours to get back up. The employees at this location were great at helping us when the system was fixed but it still made us several hours late getting started.
David ParkerThe keys we received from the lock box did not match the truck we were assigned. The code for the pad lock on the back of the truck was wrong. We planned to use the app for a quick pick up and instead we made multiple calls to get everything fixed. This delayed our moving day and was frustrating for those who came to help move and had to sit around waiting.

GERARDO MUNGUIANeeds signs to identify that it is a u-haul location, very difficult to find. I dropped the truck off after hours, they didn't bother to check it in until 2:30pm the next day, resulting in $75,5 extra charges that I am currently working on getting removed. Terrible location, terrible service.
Chris BushoreThe Salem u-haul owner did a great job staying in contact to the day of the rental then the wheels came off the proverbial bus. She didn't have me set up an account for the automated key pick up. The site is located near a homeless camp in a back alley. I was traveling a bit if a distance and had to put gas in the vehicle ( it was at 1/4 tank).

Dana Kluverpoor location and no human was present to help we had to use telephone and person on telephone received all my credit card information and verified my drop off location was for 4pm on Sunday February 5, 20203 then when I dropped off my truck after noon UHAUL charged me for another day. I am requesting a refund for the full day I was charged in California and I did not received any paperwork from UHAUL when I picked up my truck and was told it would be emailed to me
