I had to wait a really long time for my rental because nobody was able to process my reservation. By the time I received it, it was way too late to start moving. Push me back even further and cost me extra time and money!Kyndris L.

Was supposed to drop off at a different location in Lexington, MS on depot street (Ducks) but the gate was locked and could not drop off as originally instructed. Called Uhaul for alternative drop off location (on hold for 25 minutes sitting in truck in a parking lot).Jason P.

Mr. Fisher was very professional and the drop off was seamless. When I called him days after saying that Crystal from collections was claiming the equipment had never been returned, he called his manager and handled it immediately. He and Gabriel are the only reasons I will use UHaul again. Corporate customer service was awful!!kenzie W.

Uhaul needs to understand their drop off location hours. We have rented twice from Uhaul and each time they send us to the wrong place for drop off. This time they sent us to the Depot street drop off and they are closed and have a fence and closed gate on weekends. We always end up dropping off at the highway 17 location.EDWIN H.

I had an 8:00 reservation and I didn't get the truck till 8:45. My pick up location was changed and I didn't get a phone call or email to let me know. So my experience was horrible.Patricia B.

they need someone you know how to print your information out had to wait on someone about 30 minutes to come and do it the computer is slow outdated the owner has no idea how to use a computer had to hook up my own trailer no assistance headlight was out one signal light was out.it threw me an hour and a half behind schedule that was a purpose of making the reservation I use you how many of times never had this experience before I'm a used Penske or budget next time.tony R.

First, on the online process - I booked a specific location then somehow the original reservation got modified and on Sunday I received a text and an email that my pick-up location was in AZ...um not cool. I changed it back to the original location I selected in MS and at 7:45 Monday morning I get a text, email and phone call stating my pick-up location was changed to a location an hour away...again not cool. We needed the truck first thing in the morning but the people at the pick up location were not available until lunch time. The dad did not know what he was doing and we needed to wait until the daughter got out of work on her lunch break so we could get the truck. Then dad didn't know how to add additional equipment on to the reservation and daughter couldn't leave work to take care of it...very inconvenient. I literally was dealing with them from 745 am until almost 2 in the afternoon.CRISTINA M.

Wanted a truck in Madison, ms.... Uhaul told me at last minute that I had to drive 58 extra miles to get my truck in Lexington, ms and now uhaul wants to charge me 180 $in milage and gas.... Will never use uhaul againLillian M.

I overheard the owner of Fisher tell one of the workers "that he don't like renting HIS U-Hauls to younger people." First of all the U-Hauls are not his and secondly I am 25 years old, if I am correct that is above the min. age that U-Haul renter/driver needs to be.QUITON G.

I was told I would get the discount ending June after I had cancelled, but when I went to the store, noone seemed to know what I was talking about. I will call them again tomorrow. I just got back from Mississippi. Other than that, everything went well.DAVID R.
The business is extremely unprofessional. The owner had no idea that I had a reservation. His computer was down and he only accepted cash. A 12 pm reservation became a 3 pm reservation. I arrived on time and was told by the owner's brother that he would not be there for another 90 minutes. The owner then had the nerve to state that I may be charged for 2 days rental if I did not get the truck back by 5 pm. Never again.MenSa M.

After reserving a truck from the Uhaul number and then calling and verifying that I was coming he didn't have the truck ready with out several phone calls to Teddy (or someone). Then he writes a confirmation number on a piece of paper and I leave with the truck. When I come back with the truck he asked me if I left the same amount of gas in the truck. never having rented a truck I didn't know to check how much gas and he didn't know so he called Teddy or someone again and told me. I went back to town and got some gas. I asked for a reciept and was told that he couldn't give me a reciept so I had to talk to Teddy again. I finally got a reciept e-mailed to me. I don't feel that this business was very professional. If TEDDY or whomever had not been available by cell phone I would probably not been able to rent the truck even after making the appointment. It would be nice to be able to do business without having to talk on a cell phone and having someone tell you something. He man at the place was not on top of things and really acted as if he didn't care if I was there or not.LAURAA L.
