The women that was there was very rude. Told me that no one was there to give me keys. Asked her if there is someone she can call tells me he is out to lunch won't be back for 30 min to an hour. Asked her again if there was someone I can call tells me that is not her problem. Came outside to let my boyfriend know what was going on i walk towards the office and she came towards me screaming and curse at me putting her hands up in my face said that I broke her door. I left called customer service Robert was very nice in handling the issue. Go back to this place Robert was there tells me in Spanish I don't work here don't talk to me. Her husband then tells her in Spanish shut up your causing trouble. He said he fix the door he wants no trouble. I was able to still get my truck and returned it at another place. After this experience will never use this company again.

Staff rolls their eyes when you say you are there to pick up a trailer. they act as if it is a major hassle to them. Xenophobic toward non Latino.

The individuals at are xenophobic. They are Hispanic and if you are not, they are not friendly or helpful. Roadside assistance was called because Fisher did not hook up the trailer correctly. The trailer came off the ball at 60 mph on I-75.It took 25 minutes to hear from anyone from roadside assistance and the service center was 90 minutes away. I handle the problem on my own. I informed Uhaul, but you did not inform the service center. He showed up an hour later and I was at my destination. He called me as he could not locate me. I am sure he would not rate you very high at all. I will likely use Uhaul again as you corner the market. so not much competition (LUCKY YOU). I only used Fisher because the trailer was not otherwise available in my town.All around both Fisher and Uhaul provide poor to non existent customer service.

I told myself the last time that I rented from this location that I wouldn't use them again. I'll drive out of my way to use a different location next time. They're slow and unfriendly, not even a thank you when I returned the truck. Each time I've used them, I get the feeling that I'm a burden to them.

Owner charged me $25 for late delivery of car carrier. I have no safe storage of the unit, and it was 4:30 PM on a Saturday. I could not wait for Monday to deliver. I hope this is not a U-haul concept of customer service. If one is not able to safely store equipment, other arrangements should be made.

i was told to return the truck with half a tank of gas in it like it is now, well when i got in it it had less than a quarter tank of gas i had to put $30 in it and i drove less than 30 miles.

They did not check the gas guage at the consolle in the car. The gard was 1/8 higher in the print out than on the actual guiage in the car. The printy oiut indicaged there was l/8 or 5 more gallons in the tryuck than was actuaklkly in the tank at the time I drove ouit of the dealership. there is not key onm the gas, so I wouilkd presume that eomone after prinying out the bbar indixcatring trhe gaS AMOUINTTOOK GAS OUIT OF THE TANK AND I HJAD TO PAY FOR GAS THAT WAS NOT IN TYHE TRUCK AND ITHAT IDID NOT USE. dcg

My whole experience from start to finish wasn't anything I had come to expect from previously renting a U-Haul. The associate who assisted me told me the vehicle I initially requested was not there, asked if would accept another and I said yes. Then proceed to have me fill out papers that without explaining any of the purchasing information with me. The website however said that there would be a dollar surcharge and all other payments would not be accrued until returning of the truck, but the full payment has been held on my account since right after I left the location with the truck. All of that is neither here nor there I just don't fell like is proper customer service. My main complaint comes in the form of the gas charge as they are saying I did not return the truck with the proper fueling when the first thing I did after climbing through the passenger side to get to the driver side as the driver side was block by another truck was check the gas level and it was at 3/4 full and that is where I filled it back. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it as I did with the contracts and reservation and now I wish I had. As they wouldn't know what it said since they didn't do anything that pertains to the truck with me other than giving me the papers and keys and send me on my way.

it took about 35 mins. to get the everything done. i wanted 1 dozen moving pads. they only had 8. i said i guess that will have to do. also it was very hot in the office. the sun came in thru the plate glass window. my wife and i were both sweating. we wound up having to use some of our blankets and towels as pads.

The receptionist was sleeping on the desk When i arrived The man in charge was slouched in front of his computer 90% of the info we gave the night before was unavailable so i wasted time reduing the application The receptionist also tried to get me to sign the insurance refusal after i paid the 8.00 for the insurance All in all very unprofessional

First of all, the people can barely speak English. They charged me for items I did not need and charged me for an whole extra day after I returned it 2 hours past the time. They were hard to deal with. I would never rent from u-haul again. Rates didn't matchup when I returned the truck. 6 Day rental and 324.6 miles later they charged me 636.79. I will never rent from uhaul again and I will make sure anyone I come in contact never rents from your company.

The gas tank reading on the paperwork was incorrect. It said that tank had 3/8 of a tank but there was only 1/8th when I checked the gauge. He was too lazy to get back onto the computer and fix it, just said "return it with what's in it". That would have cost me an extra $40 if it hadn't been fixed by the person that I turned it in to.

I would never use U-Haul in Bay city, michigan because the lady was so rude. Now that i have moved to florida and i am doing local moves, the price is alot cheaper than Penske and easier to do now that its online. Thank you so much...I will be using you again in the next couple of months. The only thing, they tried to move my pick up location to another location i wasnt familiar with but we got it all worked out and my move went fine. Thanks so much!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Currently waiting on UHAUL Corporate to get back to us with our complaints. We rented a UHAUL for one day and were given the vehicle with almost no gas in it. Then we returned it with 1/16th if a tank and they are charging us $66 saying that there was over 1/4 of a tank of gas in it when we picked it up!!! NO WAY!!! They also charged us for 73 miles when we didnt go anywhere near that amount. The worst part of all of this is that when I called Fisher Tire repair to get an explanation of the two separate charges on my credit card, the manager told me that he could not deal with my problem right now and that i would have to call him back in the morning. I called him at 2 in the afternoon, during normal business hours. He was extremely rude and there should not have been those charges on my credit card and he refused to deal with it. That is when I called corporate UHAUL to handle this issue for me (they however, were very helpful and nice).

Our overall experience was very very poor .. We had a reservation @ 9am we not only waited 45 mins but didn't leave till almost an hour later with our truck because no one was helping us they were all busy doing other things .. Now the truck was not sweeped out when we got it so we had to sweep it and after that we returned the truck earlier than we had too just out of convience we were still charged a 47.00 gas charge when we put the amount that was listed on our slip ... I'm very upset about this and will probably think twice about renting from u-haul again if this isn't handled or corrected ... This is not the first time I have had a problem with u-haul

The merchant double charged for a two day trailor rental and refused to refund. They offer 24 hour drop off and were admanent the trailor was not returned. They have an excellent camera system and would not or could not review it to verify the return was within the 48 hour contract period. The $40.50 overcharge was refunded by U-haul customer service within a week. Thank you. As a post script - I saw two really low-life customers badger these people about costs in my four visits. With customers like that, no wonder they are hardened. I will rent from them again but will be very careful. Sincerely, David H.

The field manager changed the pick-up location from my neigborhood location at Fisher's Tire to another lcoation a few north. This would not have been as big a problem if they had notified me or at least Fisher Tire ahead of time. The agent at Fisher's spent 20 minutes trying to find out why the trailer they had been told the day before that would be dropped off for my pick-up on August 11 had not been delivered. After trying to sort this out with Sustomer service I was delayed about 2 hours in picking up the trailer, which meant my shceduled packing of the trailer (to help my son move to his apartment in Gainesville where he will be attending Law School) was delayed and I missed an important meeting with our church's K-8 school board. This was very incovenient and frustrating, especially because it could easily have been corrected with a simple courtesy phone call ahead of time.

I returned the vehicle within the time allowed, and with the gas at 1/2 as requested by the pick up location. However, I received a notice that I have been charged 36.94 because the gas was not filled to 1/2 of a tank. I actually put in a little over 1/2 to make sure that it was satisfactory with UHaul, as I have always done in the past. I request a refund back to my credit card in the amount of 36.94 Thank you.

Make sure the confirmation price is the same they tell me I owe...they corrected it but it was 80+ more than what was quoted to me so I said ommm you need to check your pricing. Everyone was nice though...so thank you!
