The truck was dirty when I picked it up mud was everywhere I took pictures and uploaded it to UHaul. I was charged a 56,00 $ cleaning fee for something I did not do when it was dropped off.REDSHA J.

Sorry to inform you that the truck I had , had BedBugs in it we had to spray all of my stuff down and the truck and the person that owns the Uhaul place in YAZOO CITY was very rude and wasn't there when I needed to pick up the truck and wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call him , if it hadn't been for Marcus Covan being there at the time I wouldn't have been able to get the rental at all .....LaTrice R.
Be honest and upfront about all charges and mileage fees and inform customers of all taxes especially of double taxation and please be sure to include all equipment ordered. I paid fees and taxes hidden which made the equipment purchase almost double in payment after the purchase was made and instead of getting a refund for equipment I paid for I ended up paying almost that exact amount in overages.annie B.
