So I order a track and 2 packs of mattress covers to pick them up at JV Convenience store. Since the pick up place was changed to Fix 4 Less, I didn't get mattress covers. But I'm charged for them $26.86. Is it possible that I can get refund?

Inside of vehicle could have been cleaner. My truck rental was supposed to be dropped off at 3:30. I made several calls to both the main(?) office and spoke with Brittany who did as much as she could, however when I spoke to the schedules about how I would not be able to drop the truck off at 330, the individual I spoke with was not helpful when I inquired about the next steps and options, telling me "there is no other option" Someone else at the main hotline, probably a Brittany equivalent told me for $50 she could extend my time to 6 and I agreed. However after further investigation on her part, she realized the 6pm extension was not possible, and could only extend it to 4 which I did not agree too. That being said, I was charged the 50 dollar extension fee, but I never actually got that extension. To make a long story short, I was charged for my initial rental(around $150) $55.xx for the extension (which I would like a refund for) and another around $150 because another family was depending on my truck being back 330 ( which I was expecting due to the material breach of contact). The 55.xx should not have been charged

When we ordered online we selected blankets and moving boxes as well as a trolley. None of these were available. If we had known we would have made alternative arrangements for these items. But we had to rush around on the day trying to find moving boxes because they didn't have any. The sales person was barely interested in helping us and offered no other solutions to the problem.

Clean the truck interior was dusty and dirty. Drink holders were dirty. Exterior looked kinda beat up. The truck drove nice and did the job.

The truck was available when it was supposed to be and was great. however the person at the front counter seemed like we were bothering him not when we picked up and dropped off - he didn’t explain the charges - just charged my credit card with No explanation - not impressed

When I booked online I was told I would have to pay around $40 at time of pickup. The attendant asked for a deposit. I went to pay with my debit and was going to be charged $432! I then put onto my credit card and was charged $118. I have not received the difference refunded between this deposit and the amount on my receipt which was $89. My daughter had booked online the week before at the same location and did not have to pay deposit at all, only the final amount.

I had difficulty finding the key. The instruction said the key is in lockbox number 5. There were 3 numbered lockbox and I kept walking around the store looking for box number 5. I had to call uhsul customer service, and it took me 15-20 minutes to find out the key is in the back of the truck. There must be a better instruction on uhaul app or written at the pick up location.

The second drop off location was fine. The initial drop off point I tried to use in Abbotsford was terrible. The employee young woman refused to take the trailer saying she had no room. (There was plenty of room but she did not want to make the effort) She was incredibly rude and condescending.

The cab was filthy - had food in the cup holders and stunk of cigarettes. No windshield washer fluid. Inside windshield was covered in film - made it near impossible to look through. Did not leave our dolly, which we paid for. Had we not had moving equipment at our storage unit - this would have ruined the entire purpose of our rental. Needed customer service. The guy I spoke to on the phone was great. Really helpful, stayed with me on the phone until we got into our vehicle. It would probably help to give people a notice that it takes about 20 mins to do the pickup, so they can plan their day accordingly.

The moving truck was available late. I booked to pick up at 3:30pm, then 4pm. At 4pm the truck was still not there, I had to leave then return to pick it up almost at 4:45pm. That day I rented the truck but did not use it at all. As you see the mileage was only 4km from U-Haul location to my home and back. The officer was quite rude & impatient. I had some questions, he almost yelled at me. U-Haul had a policy of"$50 Reservation guarantee" badge appeared during my reservation. My U-Haul truck was late, the U-Haul representative who worked with me that day did not even say sorry, but being quite rude and impolite when I just asked some questions to verify some points. At first I did not want to ask for "$50 Reservation Guarantee" to be paid, I understand things happen sometimes, but his rude attitude & no customer service made me feel unhappy. I want $50 Reservation Guarantee to be applied. " Should U-Haul, through its own fault, fail to contact customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then $50 reservation guarantee will be paid, and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation." Being my first rental experience with U-haul, I found the process initially a little confusing. Should i use your service in the future, it should go much smoother.

The check-in was a pain. It wouldn't allow me to enter the location for the longest time, and wouldn't take the pic of the back of my DL. The person who works at the auto shop said he couldn't help me as they weren't "open" and I had booked for online check-in. 45 min later, and still on the phone with customer service, I went back into the shop and he agreed to help me compete the rental agreement so I could leave. The charge was more than it had quoted on line. When I returned the rental, I also noticed he charges me for fuel even though I gassed up before returning it. Terrible terrible terrible. Will not be using U-Haul in the future.

Good experience Had a previous issue getting a credit. Wasted slot of times on hold. Called the scheduling dept and spoke with Tanveen, who resolved 3 issues total. He was very polite, efficient and very good customer service skills. Please advise him. Thanks Ron

The Associate at the front desk of the store associated to the uhaul was extremely rude. We tried to ask him a question about the uhaul and he basically kicked us out saying you've already started the online process so just do that(in am extremely condescending way). I would never go back to this location.

Absolutely would not recommend doing the self check in at fix 4 less maple ridge location. The app doesn't work well and we were on the phone for 30 mins getting help. The worker at the U-Haul "authorized dealer" was extremely unhelpful, did not know anything about the booking nor interested in helping or finding solutions. The truck was filthy, not cleaned, dents and bumps everywhere without proper x stickers. No less than 1/3 fuel when we started. We opened the back and it reeked of weed smell that it got all over our boxes! Did not come with any equipment that I ordered which made our move 10x harder. The engine was sputtering on and off and would lunge forward every so often. Total junk of a truck. SO disappointed with this experience, I will not be a returning U-Haul customer.

Booked 6 weeks before. They changed size and location 1 day before. Total hassle. Ended up with half the size vehicle which resulted in numerous trips and additional costs. None of the dollies or pads were in the truck. The owner at this location was very rude and hostile and should not be in customer service.

Definitely unsanitized. Me and my brother both fell sick the same evening after using Uhaul. You guys ruined our long weekend plans for sure. Thank you but never again. Recommending it to a friend? No, ill be doing the exact opposite.

The supplies I paid for were not in the truck, and no human on site yo fix this issue. I have been charged for a furniture dolly that wasn't in the truck. The U-Haul app was very frustrating to use for both pickup and drop off. But everything worked out in the end, even if I was charged for equipment I never received.

The cab of the truck had pop spilled and floor and console was sticky. There was no dolly or moving blanket in the box locations. Operator/Manager of location wasn't much for customer service.

Try smiling once in a while. The moment we stepped in the office, it felt like the person helping us had a bad morning and took it out on us. The tone of his voice sounded so firm and portrays a very serious person where fun or humor is not allowed.

Vehicle has a steering knock. I was not aware of after hours fee that I was charged, even though I could have brought the vehicle during business hours. Nor did that fee was disclosed to me during the pick up. Dolly did not have a seal, but at least I wasn't charged for the dolly. Photos did not match the vehicles condition.

The manager was extremely hostile when we asked him to help us/give us information about the 24/7 service as it was not setup for the truck we booked. This tainted our experience with U-Haul and we will likely never use it again nor suggest to friends and family. And I will be writing a review.

My reservation was delayed by a day which jeopardized my moving by a day and caused me tremendous Trouble. Uhaul offered me a truck the next morning but I had to face a lot of issues because of this. I didn't expect that I could land in such an unpleasant due to Uhaul as all my last experiences have been decent. Hoping this doesn't happen again and I'm fairly compensated:-(
