It is not great to cancel the reservations after a customer is an hour late. Should give 2 hours at least, because it took over 45 minutes to get hold of someone on the phone.Phyllis M.

This location was fine, but there wasn't a specified uhaul key drop location. So I just put it in a box at the door that said overnight drop off. There weren't any uhaul trucks or logos there so I drive around trying to find someone working or some sign letting me know I was in the right place. Also, the phone app was hard to register. So it took me multiple phone calls to the 800 number to finally drop the truck off. I had to ultimately go on the uhaul website to complete it. Didn't even use the app. It couldn't find my appointment, and never sent me a code to register the app. It just suddenly worked. A lot of effort to drop the truck offDaniel E.
SUMMARY: I will NEVER rent a Uhaul at this location again because: 1) No one was on site to help me, 2) I was asked to kill a half hour for no reason before picking up the truck, 3) The truck I rented was dirty in the back, 4) I paid for things that I didn't receive, and 5) I almost lost my hand trying to fix a common problem with the truck. DETAILS: When I arrived, I was told that the individual who handles the Uhaul business at this garage was not on location. So, they asked me to come back 30 minutes later. I drove around and came back only to find that he was not going to be there at all that day. So, I used the online 24/7 self service check-in to get my truck. The system required me to enter a code into the door lock, which would have been fine had the truck not been parked near several trees that I had to push out of the way and hold to access the lock. Also, it took me 10 minutes to get that damn lock open because it was stuck. When I opened the truck, I found a ton of trash in the back, which I had to dispose of myself. I also noticed that the blankets and furniture dolly that I ordered and paid for were not there. I was able to find blankets, but paid for a much needed furniture dolly that I never received. This REALLY frustrated me! When it was time to return the truck, I found that the back door was jammed and wouldn't close. I almost lost my hand while trying to fix it (NO JOKE!). When I brought it to the garage, a mechanic (who was pretty nice) told me that happens all the time. I strongly recommend going to another location to rent a Uhaul. This is not their main business and it shows.Joe C.

Shared site with auto repair. Person accepting vehicle was not in to complete paperwork. Personnel from auto repair shop took paperwork and said, "U-Haul staff would contact if problems." Would prefer on-site completion of paperwork.lisa M.

Lock was not working properly on the vehicle. Site did not answer their phone for assistance. I believe I was overcharged for millage. Very poor experience overall.Jad G.
