I believe that the fuel level should be 3/4 full so customers don't have to waste millage trying to locate one gas station before getting their job completed

The wait and person that was needed to assist us was not at the location spent a hour and a half at the location missed my pick up appt (for my furniture pick up) due to owner of establishment being in court. Was giving wrong box number wrong keys were in the box very unprofessional I would never rent from Uhaul again if this is the service we will receive. I was extremely inconvenienced and dismayed at the service.

well make sure the uhaul is maintenance well .the battery on the truck would not stay charged and we had to jump the truck off everytime we moved it ive never in my life had to pay 302 for a truck that we rented and couldnt use within the junior 24 hours but instead we had it for 48 hours because it wouldn't crake so that we couldn't return it

This location was supposed to open at 9am. No one showed up until after 10. I attempted to call UHaul to and they were absolutely unhelpful and a waste of my time.

They scheduled wrong truck at the wrong time, then left the truck on empty and later charged me for going over the miles allotted which is wrong, I also did not not get the military discount. I should have received some money back for the company mistakes . Iwill think long and hard before I ever use this service again

No one was at the Fix it up Paint and Body Location, even though I arrived at 4:00 pm on Sunday May 8, 2022. I tried to use the uhaul app to return the trailer, but it froze on the location information. I called customer support and also emailed pictures to the service email showing I returned the trailer. I have now received a receipt for two additional days charges, even though I haven't even had the original rental receipt sent to me. I tried to email the address on the receipt 1765_GM@uhaul.com. The email was rejected due to "recipient address rejected, address denied." I tried to call the phone number, 256-403-0979. I got a Verizon message that the person was not accepting calls at this time. Why was I charged for two extra days?

Small and crowded with vehicles that were in the shop. It was open but the man inside said to call U-Haul, so he wasn't too helpful. He had a cute pitbull dog that was friendly.

I returned it same day(Sunday). Phone# not working. I arrived some guy was there like he live in the Lil building and couldn't help me at all. He Gave me cell phone #to call "Demetrius" who never answered. I had already put my key in Dropbox. I took pictures of location and truck and left. Went home tried to check vehicle in online and discovered I needed to do from location. It sucks and I still haven't heard from the owner of location Demetrius. Never again!!!!
