The office staff are great to deal with but the brakes were not great - better checking of maintenance next time
Isaac LMobile pick up was not the smoothest. It was time consuming and the support line was a long wait.
Emily BI drove directly from the rental location to my son's apartment in Port St Lucie Fl and then directly to his new location in Melbourne FL. The return location just happened to be next door to his new apartment. I was charged an additional 30 miles. The receipt said I drove 100 miles but apartment to apartment was only 60 miles. I didn't not drive any additional mileage. Shame on me for not checking the beginning mileage when I picked up the truck and shame on Uhaul for trying to make a few extra bucks.

paul lI am there once a week. This is my favorite location to pick up at. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and the customer service is un match to any other place i have been. I love how they aways have good vibe music playing. The guys out side are the best. They have my uhaul pulled up and ready to go before I even leave the office. Thank you guys at flagship for making my rental experience a great one.

joanne yMy experience was great from beginning to end. The guys at Flagship Carwash were able to help me and get me on my way quickly considering I was late. The truck was relatively new and very clean. All my requirements were met. It was a great welcoming surprise to see the truck had cruise control as well, so that made the 11 hr trip quite tolerable.

PHIL PThe trailer coupling kept coming loose all during my trip. I drove from FL to SC and I don't think any other driver knew i was signaling the whole time. This was a very dangerous situation for myself and others. Also the chain coupling hooks to the hitch were not properly secured with a rubber gromet to stop them from coming loose which they did and after dragging must have fallen off on the road.
Joseph ANo problem with this location but when we made the reservation on our reservation was the address for pick up which was a location that's not even a U-Haul location anymore. There was myself and someone else there at that location to pick up our equipment only to have to call and be told that that place is no longer doing U-Haul business so now we had to drive somewhere else Put us over two hours behind from our official plan

From the start , the people who helped me pick out a vehicle to the guys taking it from me to start cleaning it for the next person to use, everyone was professional and extremely helpful !!!! I wish this could be passed on to more businesses ! I will without a doubt use this specific U-Haul again , and I will make sure as many people as I know will also be inclined to utilize the services ! Thank you again for taking a stressful situation and making your part the thing I had to worry the least about !

CHARLES SDropped off the truck keys and truck after hours. Suspicious car parked and was possibly looking for an easy person to rob. Luckily I was with 3 other people so they drove away. I reported it to the police. Just letting you all know.

David BThe customer service was superb. Extremely helpful, this is hard to find these days. Prices are competitive. Truck a 16 Ft had more than enough power to make the move easy. Location easy to find. Best is times they are available. So yes we highly recommend and this is our fourth time renting from them. This is our go to U-Haul store.
