I checked in online. I followed the instructions but never got the code to the lock box. I had to wait an hour till the owner came in and helped me retrieve the key. She was wonderful. But I would never use this location again unless someone is there. I lost an hour of my move. It caused unnecessary stressAntoinette M.

Uhaul should always ask if the card used on the reservation should be charged. I wanted to charge another card. Uhaul should always verify if the card on file should be charge of if a customer wants to charge a different card.Teresa M.

Lady at flannigans auto repair, where i picked up the truck, was extremely nice and helpful. My whole experience went smooth as can be. Would use againJOSEPH C.
The drop off location only issue is that there is two lock boxes to leave the key which no one ever gave me the code for I contacted customer service for over an hour trying to contact someone for the code which I never got I was left on hold for a very long time in front of the lock box waiting to leave the key after drop off in the freezing cold and no one ever came back on the line the attendant at this place which is a gas station had to contact the owner and the owner said to leave the key and they would turn it in in the morning I was told several customers have had this issue and complaint about it.CARMEN P.

Representative was complaining from the time I walked in he was too busy to help me if I didn't fill out paperwork online which I did do, but there was still an issue because rep told me I had to use this system because he was too busy, since I couldn't use the app or online system to complete pickup he told me to call 800/uhaul number, I called and was on hold for 20 minutes finally rep said he would call for me and got thru he then didn't want top deal with me and tried handing the phone off to me with uhaul phone rep and I gathered phone rep only wanted to speak with him, then we finally got the online pickup fixed , I was getting ready to leave checked the truck none of the 24 pads or hand truck that was previously requested was in the truck and I had to carry them with no assistance from the office to the truck , finally started the vehicle with a check engine light, open fuel cap, went back into the office and the rep said yeah we knew about that , I asked is the truck safe to drive he said it was fine, but I asked would this be noted somewhere for my return so I don't get charged , he again was uninterested to help and finally called the uhaul number and supposedly had them notate the acct. This was an awful experienceKeith B.
Truck was returned around 2:30pm store said open but was locked. Gas station was open but employee could not help me - did not speak English - This drop off station was different that the one that was agreed/discussed in the morningEugene N.
