Jeff WI sent this before, but they charged me an extra $1 vs. the UHaul invoice and they charged me for 3 gallons of gas, because the truck had less gas then they said it did. I have photos of before and after to document. It took us about 30 minutes to get the truck--they said they had computer problems with the UHaul softward, but they were very friendly and we didn't really care. I don't have enough time to go over there with photos to get my $14, but I will never do a 2 way trip again with UHaul. I think I saved $10 in this transaction. Lesson learned. UHaul is a ONE WAY deal for me.

DAILENE GI did not get the dolly I paid for and had I used the original Moving Help movers, we could not have done the move. Thankfully, I cancelled them bcs they continued to pad the price 2-3 times and hired a local mover who had the needed dolly.

Stephen HThis location was organized much better and the ladies inside much more professional. I did apologize to the poor lady for having to hear my rant about those furniture pads. Wasn't her felt. She was as helpful as she could be. The only reason I put referral not applicable is due to the fact I won't recommend Uhaul for anyone over the scammy practice of these furniture pads.

Christopher CWhen I went to return the truck I found a pizza roll and a stick of jerky underneath the driver seat. They were not mine. Also, when I picked up the truck they had 0 of the three items I requested to rent, and the truck was dirty inside- to include a good smattering of sand on the floor and a few rings of sticky mold that weren't contained solely to the cupholders, but also near the floorboards. The windshield wipers were functional but in such a state that their use did nothing to aid with rain. The truck's engine refused, intermittently, to enter the next gear even when the rev-meter was maxed out.
Dakota SGet some more dollys and maybe put trackers in handles so if they get taken you can find them 😉

William PMake Uhaul 800 support helpful! I spoke with Penske 800 support & they were awesome. I wish Penske would have had a truck size that I could have used due to their 800 support! I hope I never have to speak with Uhaul 800 support again!
