Truck was clean, ready and waiting. Staff was wonderful also.

Ali BMy experience with UHAUL was not a pleasant one I have been over charged twice and my rental mileage seems to be excessive. Secondly the furniture pads were intended to be purchased and because of Corvid pandemic I didn't want to rent pads. Nevertheless I have pads and will gladly return if the charges for purchase and rental is removed..

Donna SThese comments have nothing to do with either location. After I dropped off the truck in New Orleans I got 5 phone calls through the weekend asking where the truck was. Obviously the internet staff is not consulting the on line info.

Henry HThis was not the location I requested to pick up from and was not notified of the change until the night before. Had to make very last minute changes with my movers which was a major problem. Very frustrated that this change was handled so poorly by U-haul.

Kellie HI scheduled to pick up in in Louisiana, hours before I was about to pickup. Uhual left a message telling that they had no truck and that I was aware of that. The lady in Louisiana hung the phone up on my face. I called back and another lady helped me. The end was ok.

George STrailer did not track well and would get into progressive swaying until dangerous. I had to apply hard braking to engage the trailer brakes to get it to stop. When I returned the trailer, there was no one from Uhaul to tell them. Some other gentleman helped me unhook the trailer, took down my name and phone number
