josh jI can't give this U-Haul location any higher of the praises that I have already given about Flight Deck Gas & Convenience. The young lady that helped my wife on Sat. 02/03 was very pleasant and very knowledgeable in her expertise on getting the trailer hooked up for my wife.

Zachary SOf all the U-Haul facilities around. This one is the best. I have used the Concord, Rochester and Alton and would prefer never to use these locations. The reason is that I show up at Farmington and I am in and on the road in 5 min. or less. Time is valuable these days and, the owner is a friendly individual to work with. Please disregard as I don't want everyone to start going there and now it will take me more time than usual. Just kidding I like every business much success being a business owner my whole life.
Zachary SOwner called due to EZ-pass transponder being left in truck. Even though it wasn't mine, I appreciate him going to extra mile to figure out who to return it to! Excellent customer service! Only note would be, this drop off location has NO reception, so I wasn't able to use the app to return the truck. However, owner went through the process when he opened in the morning and everything worked out fine!

alan DI arrived in later evening and couldn't see well. To ease my worries, the person let me park comfortably and said they would adjust in morning for my safety. That was kind of them! I would recommend location for moving needs.

Bonnie RHello. I used car for 13 miles and you charged me for 2 gallons. It is too much from my understanding. And price for gas now not 6,25 per gallon, but 4.6. Also I left 6 dollars with keys. From my understanding it is not best way if the business. What is the fuel consumption of that car?

TIMOTHY SIf you would like the real truth? We have a rental space about 6 miles from my house, they have U-haul trucks, I originally tried to rent the truck from them, because it was not far or out of the way, when I set up the rental, I was directed to a company about 20 miles from my house, not at all on the way to where we were headed, actually very out of the way, as I stated in your survey, the business you sent me to was great, the boss, and help were great, I would go back to rent a truck from them again. but I find it very bad for your business if I have to go out of my way to get a truck, when we went by the rental place I have my unit in, sat 3 trucks all day, when it would have been so much more covient to get the truck near my home, and not have to chase what's convent for you.

ROBERT HI cant think of anything other than making your computer program run quicker for your customers/employees Pre paid should be in and out - the poor guy was so apologetic because the program ran slow to get everything i needed to sign - really didn't bother me to tell ya the truth though.
