Person who could rent vehicle was not available… employee had to call person and it took over 30 minutes to get vehicle.. BTW. I did not make reservation at this location nor did I desire to pick up at this location…

RYAN HOMERCracked out man in parking lot screaming and coming up to cars banging on windows. Was very scared to get out of vehicle to take pictures and return key. My key didn't fit in the lock box.. so the barber sitting on the bench outside smoking a cigarette on their cell phone said "I'll take it" when they noticed me. Wasn't even sure if this was acceptable. Very sketchy location.

april davisThe truck I rented was full of dog hair. It's sad to say that I'm allergic to dogs. I had to stop to vacuum it out and take a Benadryl. I love U-HAUL but Please... Hold your associates responsible for the upkeep of your trucks. ( No one walked outside with me to inspect the van. The girl Lisa was cutting hair).

Jan-Carlos Mota AquinoWell my order was to be checked in online so I didn't need the place to be open is what uhaul order payment online said business not open use mobile app to the link for keys. Well when I got there mobile app said check inside well on a Sunday this business didn't open until 1pm my pickup was at 10. So if the business was not open I would have to wait until 1pm to get a key when my reservation was at 10am that was totally wrong and unfair of uhaul if I had to wait. Luckily a nice awesome lady had the store open for something and she helped me by calling uhaul and doing the rest of the steps uhaul never sent me. She had the keys inside her business and I asked why they schedule me for 10am if you don't open until 1pm if she wasn't happen to be there getting something I would have never gotten the key. Uhaul needs to be better at no contact online pick up. How would I get the key at 10 if nobody was there until 1pm. The business was awesome to help me so thankful everyone was in the right place at the right time or this was going to be a bad experience for uhaul. Fix it uhaul so others are not confused. Business where pickup was was great .
Keith SmithHave someone on site to handle the rentals. I had to wait in a barber shop for 30 minutes to get my u haul when I had already done everything online and even did the pre-check in. We got there at 10 and didn't get the u haul until 10:30. Also. I had elected to decline the insurance when I signed up online and the rep tried to charge me for it.

Canary Tree ServiceI was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 8:30 a.m.. however the barbershop did not open at 1:00 it took me an hour and a half to find someone and finally get the U-Haul truck. I should not have been allowed to schedule a pickup time when the business was not open to give me the key. It was very frustrating and time consuming and I think a discount is in order.

Taza BurroughsThis location needs hire more help. Our appointment time was at 12 pm and we did not receive the keys to the truck until 12:45 pm. We had movers waiting for us so this was very inconvenient.
