Uhaul had absolutely no AC in this 100 degree weather also it drives like there is transmission issues. Doesn't drive well at all

First of all i was supossed to pay between 26 and 34 and charged me almost 71 for the rent, i arrived to the store and had to wait 27 minutes for the atendant

This location is very hidden it has the address but everything‘s covered up but a big building and it's all the way on the other side of the building with a sign that says come inside it's a food fresh market it's a big store grocery store you need to put a couple of trucks outside so people will know it's a U-Haul building now let me say that the first place I went was on 441 The attendant inside was very insulting and they had five dollars but he said that one of them was dedicated the next day so he couldn't help me he told me to go to 1/83 and 22nd Ave. I'm sorry 27th Ave. when I got there they had one dolly and it was already dedicated so he sent me to a place that didn't even have a car door not only with his rudeness but sending me someplace that I couldn't get my cord I was looking for was very irritated the only way I got a dolly was to callThe 800 number and they sent me to a location that had the dolly the guy told me I couldn't park where I park but there was no signs and I ask him where are those no parking signs and he says oh we're gonna put them up later he was just being disrespectful just because I was white and a black neighborhood

They need better communication. They also need someone who understands the system. The uhaul is a third party company I don't recommend this place. You are better off going to an actual uhaul location.

I got charged for miles I didn't drive. And when I called back to explain one one answered. So I went back to the store and no one was there. Also the guy has every card on file saved on this computer

Customer service is important to me. I always feel that customers should always be valued and appreciated. I did get that at this location but for future service to others.

The location was horrible the vehicle had roaches and they overcharged my account. No one was available at pick up or drop off

The website to make the reservation is terrible. It doesn't work well and doesn't let you send, like photos ectect. The application is lousy. It is better to do it in store and never online

The office was late opening, our supply's we asked for where not available to us at this location.

Probably train your representative not to add more items then he actually has on hand. He is literally stealing from your customers and tarnishing your image.
