They put the wrong info down on the rental form wrong vehicle that was towing it and I picked it up in the vehicle it was towed with. The trailer leaked my daughter's stuff got wet. He had to change the wires on it and then get his mechanic to hook it up because he couldn't thank god he did cause he hat the wires for the trailer lights tight so when it turned it would either unplug or snap the wires.

GABRIEL AFind a different person to sign on clients. He told me to "Get with the Program" when I asked for assistance with the new U Haul method of having the customer inspect the truck. The Truck's passenger door would not close properly. From now on I will find some other company to rent from.

FREYA SThe customer service at the Transportation Center gave me incorrect instructions on how to exchange my 20' truck. He sent me to the location where the 26' truck was and it cost me 3 hours to swap out the trucks. The pickup time listed for the new truck was 2 pm (aprox) but really didn't leave there until after 4pm. After this I had two storage units reserved (with confirmations) in Ocala, FL and when I called and spoke with the location the second time they then could not find my reservation at all - using the confirmation numbers from the U-Haul confirmation email. I then had to cancel my moving help, rearrange work schedules, babysitter wasn't available and then try to rebook storage and movers last minute. Also the storage that I was able to find with U-Haul was through a subsidiary and didn't qualify for the one free month so it cost me $230 more (aprox). Then when I returned the truck they didn't have not of the additional days I requested at the time of the reservation (originally) or the one additional day that was given for all of the hassle by the "transportation center" so I was overcharged there as well. Worst experience ever!

We want her to know that we appreciate her and what she does. I normally use a closer location but we have changed our location to this establishment simply because she has an incredible work ethic and her spirit radiates peace!!! Jerry HWas over charged for 121 miles I did not use on uhaul truck. Called to dispute charge and mileage and basically was told "you did drive that many miles." No offer to adjust amount charged or any solution. Sadly I use this uhaul office monthly and now will no longer will be doing business with them because of the unprofessional business when there is a issue. Note to self make sure you take a picture of odometer yourself upon pick up and return.

CHADWICK PThis location is great but the U-Haul system is totally jacked up because my bank account was wrongfully charged from the Jackson, Mississippi location twice!! My actual bill was less than $100 but these idiots charged my account for someone else's business!!
