A last minute rental and so your 800 # person was terrific in finding this particular unit for me to rent. The area where the rental is, seemed a bit run down, however the owner(s) of the business were very nice people. There was no pre-inspection with me and I did have to insist on an inspection of the vehicle after dropping it off and before leaving the premises, as there were several areas of the vehicle that showed slight damage that were not â€œmarked with a small xâ€ indicating prior damage. I did not want to be held responsible for any damage, especially due to where the vehicle was being left (behind a strip mall) as there were several shady and what seemed to be homeless people hanging out in the area.JAMES Q.

Rented a uhaul from them and they charged me for Accessories I never requested for and when I called to tell them they overcharged me the man said to deal with it he doesn't have the time . rude customer service .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME& MONEY on these people !Gina R.

Van had roaches and bugs and floor was smudged in gasoline. And being overchargedPRINCESS S.
We were over charged 287 miles, I had to call to complain, then we were told it was a mistake, but they cant verify 42 miles. So they were charging us the the 42 miles. This location is not recommended and make sure you take a picture of mileage when picking and when dropping off. Very disappointed in Uhaul, the Manager could have credited the total amount but chose not to. After trying to rip us off in the first place the total amount should have been credited, we feel strongly that we did not exceed the mileage, we brought it back a day early, and did not make any extra stops.Andrea C.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. Anytime I called for more information they were oblivious to what I was asking and told me to call customer service. They didn't ask me when I wanted to bring it back and just out for the next day when really I needed it longer. It was my first and certainly my last time using uhaul ... NEVER again!TRACEY E.
I had a very poor customer service experience. I ask the cashier for a receipt after return the rental in advance to the time I ordered it for and was denied my request . I was very much surprised of the answer I received , the company will send you a receipt not us of which that was the establishment I did business with as an Uhaul franchisees they needed more training on how to treat customer and how to give customer a uhaul rental experience with all their customer. clean vehicle that is well maintained. Oil light with warning that oil needed servicing was on when starting; in middle of trip it smelt like tires burning, I prayed I would get where I was going without something major happening. Also had to floor the gas just to get vehicle into gear. It drove like a horrible truck not a cargo van.Heather dawn W.

The cargo van was fine and in working condition, but it smelled really bad. I think maybe someone who used it previously had spilled beer inside-there was a beer bottle cap and it had the sour smell of spilled alcohol. Also, I paid for furniture pads but the location didn't have any. I was in a time crunch so I ended up using some small blankets which didn't really do the trick. Not a terrible experience, but in the future I will be sure to rent directly from a Uhaul location and not a 3rd party. Wouldn't reccomend.Adjo K.

Was charged 14,00 $ for a 7,00 $ dolly and _40 for insurance which was quoted for 19 $for the day. I expect a 27,00 $ refund or I need to contact the BBB and other authorities and social media about this illegal activityRoger H.
