Not have the regional manger lie to you over the phone and say he'll let you return it a day later at no charge and then go back on his word
Shaeleeya N.The U-Haul provider constantly asked us to wait so he could make several phone calls, and turned what should've been a 30 second stop into a 10 minute wait. We did the mobile check in. Also, I'm still trying to get a dolly taken off of my bill that was unavailable.
