Jason CRequested in person check in, did over the phone. First truck I was given had a flat tire, and I had to drive back and switch trucks. Second truck had no gas, and the fuel gauge was broken and measured empty, even when full. This required me to stop multiple times along the way to make sure I had enough gas to get home, repeatedly filling up the tank. Then, the engine light on the second truck turned on. On top of all this, the second truck did not have a lock for the hatch. I did not feel my belongings were safe or secure while moving. I called about this, twice, and left a voicemail and I never got a call back. I did not feel safe driving a truck with the engine light on and no idea how much gas I had, and I did not feel my belongings were safe.

Diana WOne was at this location when i drop it off, had to leave key in drop off box, truck was not check in until the next day not good, I talk to the owner over the phone and he said his co-worker would be in to check the truck (IT NEVER HAPPENED)

Laura DRemote. Poorly lit and no signage to assist identifying the appropriate drop box for the key. UHaul website, customer support and Truck Share was terrible. Slow, confusing user interface, return location changes to a remote location different from the one selected without notice, very long waits for customer service, undisclosed incompatibility problems with google chrome. A colossal squander of my time just to return the truck. Despite the reasonable price and good equipment, I would encourage friends to try a different provider and certainly avoid reliance on mobile checkout on return.
