The person whom I contacted at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I needed a truck for 24 hours and they told me that I could park my car in their location and pick it up when I return the truck.

Location did not correctly assign my trip as out of town despite being told repeatedly that my trip was a one-way, out of town trip. Ended up costing more more than 3 times what I was told I would pay. Do business with someone else. 0/10

Floyd's was fantastic and told us everything we needed to pull the trailer 6x12. However, the U-Haul center, located in Southaven, Ms on Pepperchase drive had 3 6x12 trailers but none to pull to Georgia and then the guy with the last name of Walker didn't want to get in rain! He actually said this!
