No UHaul signs. Only Fly Elite. Had to wait while he attended to flights out on the landing strip. Can't go inside. You hand him your drivers license and credit card and he goes in a Flight building to do the transaction and then returns to get the equipment. No instruction on attaching the trailer. The repairman for the trailer said we didn't break the equipment, it had to have already been cracked. It needed to be repaired before we set out. We had to drive 45 min from the truck pickup, to the trailer pickup. No one had both items functional.Donna S.
The location was fine. I will not recommend IHaul to anyone. I reserved a 10' truck with email confirmation just to arrive to a van. Then when I tried to get it fixed, it was 45 minutes before I could talk to someone. The chat feature was awful, waiting 3-5 minutes for a response after I typed a response. It was an awful experience and next time I need a rental I will absolutely not be going with you.Raymond D.

Had to stand in the rain. They would not let anyone inside. When they came out they smelled of marijuana. The running lights did not work and the trailer registration was out. They did not care and did not try and fix itLeonard S.

I trusted U Haul to inspect everything what rent out. I was disappointed, because I had damage on my stuff during moving. The front corner of truck was leaking. The water made damage on box of clothes, a amplifier. Tow right side tail light did not work.Maria G.
I have rented from here before and this was the first time the inside of the cab was not clean. The floor was dirty with stones and dirt. The passenger side had pet air on the seat area and the floor. The back of the truck could have been swept - dirt on floor and mother's attic section. A stone was lodged in the door track which I was able to remove. I would still continue to rent from U-Haul.David A.

Long, arduous, and difficult online process. This was much better when you could walk into a uhaul store and work with a real human being. So much wasted and frustrated time. The person at this location kept telling me uhaul would send me a lockbox location and code. That never happened and eventually he came out of the office with our keys. Truck was half empty so there was no way to put the correct amount of gas back in the truck upon return.Ashley C.

Actually all in all you guys are awesome, fairy good employees, very knowledgeable also very informative, I understand things of changed with the pandemic and fraud and people not paying but I'll tell you what all in all good job guys I'd rent from you over and over again as I have but then you get treated with the upmost respect when you have been a repeated customer and they know that you take care of things thank you I will be using Your services again thank you so muchCOLLEEN W.
We were charged for a dolly we did not receive, plus a $30 fuel recharge (ontop of the mpg) only having using a 16th of a tank of gas. Almost $40 more then planned, and quite shocked at the total. Definitely shouldn't be advertised as $20 if after fees and charges it costs 50. Looking for some kind of resolution.Erin S.

My complaint is w/UHaul, not this location. UHaul will make a reservation, no matter your preferred pick-up location, but then the day before changing the location! In my case to 30 miles away. Resulting in a 60 mile X $1/19 per mile added to the reservation by UHaul at no fault of the customer. Since it was the day before, Uhalu kind of has you by the hair, w/no choice. Which seems illegal close to bait and switch. This wasn't the first time it happened to me. And I've since found out this is a regular practice by UHaul and has been doing this for YEARS. You then spend HOURS on the phone being transferred over and over again trying to get a resolution. They really need to fix this situation, but won't because Uhaul is the one that makes the $$, and tough beans to you the consumer.Susan S.

The guy who helped me was awesome, very friendly and welcoming. The only issue I had was the one ramp on the tow dolly did not have a hole for the retainer pin and it kept pulling out when loading the vehicleâ€¦.I used a ratchet strap to keep it attached to the dolly and everything went fine from there.BRAD R.

I ordered 6 furniture pads which were NOT in the truck. This resulted in several pieces of my furniture chipping! So incredibly frustrating.Gina D.
I drive for a living so I'm picky about what I drive. Did the 24/7 pick up and that was just ok. The thing that got on my nerves was the fuel was real low at start up. As soon as I went down street it say low fuel. I don't care I had to add fuel but a quarter tank would of been nice. I didn't know how much fuel or running around I was going to do so I put in $50. A quarter tank would of been nice then all I would of had to do is put in was $20 at end of day. So I wasted money picking it up on E. Overall it was big help using a 26ft truck.Michael P.

This rental went well, very easy to get the equipment and return. This weekend, this was the only uhaul rental that went well. Dispatch messed up everything else. I would recommend using this location, but not uhaul.Elizabeth O.

They forgot to add the appliance dolly. We had to return back to the location to pick it up. the pick up and drop off were not easy at all. They were rude when i called about the missing appliance dolly. THEN when I went to pick it up he basically just put it outside the door for me to then load it into my car. Rude--and I will never be back. I'm also a real estate agent and work with lots of people who obviously move. I would never recommend this location or Uhual to anyone.Keith C.
Cost was unreasonable, extra taxes tacked on. I borrowed a truck for 2 hours, a total of maybe 18 miles, and it cost me almost 60 dollars. If UHAUL advertises 19,89 or whichever, I do not expect a 30 dollar charge on top of that, its exhorbitant and not accurately advertized.Maria B.

When the customer service person ask the customer for the name they should ask what is the spelling of their name. That is so they spell the name correct. So the customer will not have a problem looking up their contract when dropping off after hours.Jose G.
I am usually one to be very passive but I would never recommend Uhaul. I was trailering my motorcycle and household items. I was traveling from PA to FL. Driving down 95 South, when I came into SC the passenger wheel flew off the trailer into the woods, causing sparks and I immediately braked and pulled off of the interstate to the curb in the middle of traffic. The trailer was close to â€œJack-Kifeingâ€ and could have rolled the truck and caused a fatality. I called Uhaul immediately, explaining the spline was snapped in half and wheel was bolted to the hub! it was a defected trailer that wasn't maintained properly and shouldn't have been on the road! I gathered my documentation and spoke with a representative (Amanda), I utilized the links and provided photos of the wheel and trailer. Uhaul provided me a defective trailer. The wheel was bolted to the hub and the Spline in the Hub Assembly snapped in half! The spline inside the wheel bearing snapped in half becuase it was not maintained properly. The trailer I used bearing TX Registration A030753 had clear stickers with x's from previous damage where someone hit something causing damage major damage to the fender that was visible but I was told it was safe to use. It was extremely dangerously on the interstate, I called uHaul multiple times and was told â€œwe're working on itâ€ two hours in. Additionally I paid extra coverage for insurance. This trailer should have NEVER been on the road. I waited on the interstate for two hours, I called and they said they were â€œworking on itâ€. I said it's dangerous and I need someone to bring a box truck to get me off the interstate before someone gets hurt. I was told no. It was 90 degrees outside, I told my family to go into the woods away from the sun. They waited outside for an additional two hours, no food no water. I finally called again and begged the supervior to find a solution for my safety. Uhaul did nothing to find a tow, to find a replacement, to pick me up, completely useless I was berated with questions and they treated me like I did something wrong and it was my wrong doing! I was driving on a level graded road at 50MPH when the wheel flew off the trailer because the inside spline/wheel bearing snapped in half. Uhaul was covering up there Defective Unit and attempting to cover any and all liability, and pass the buck despite having additional insurance. I begged the supervisor on call to get me a trailer or a transport for safety. I was told I had to Unload my motorcycle off the trailer on the busy interstate to retrieve a replacement. I unloaded my full trailer on the side of Interstate 95 South, I couldn't believe how dangerous this was, they said I had NO OTHER OPTION. I will be gathering gathering further employee#'s and pursue this at a later time. To remedy this I want a FULL Refund for my Rental Contract Invoice# 25708448 RT6267C immediately I was provided a defective trailer that put myself and my family in imminent danger through gross neglect as it was not maintained properly and shouldn't have been on the roadway. I was informed by the tow truck driver that they sent him out to see if I was over weight, which I was NOT. I can not believe I experienced this, I was in so much danger on 95 south and was very lucky to not have gotten struck and killed. I want an immediate call/response from a district manager, not a team lead or some low level employee that can address these issues right away prior to contacting legal counsel. A claim has been submitted and I am hopefully that Uhaul will do the right thing and provided me with a full refund. Truck is super clean. Rented from several different location and it was always the same. Dirty trucks and bad attitudes. This location is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I like their COVID program, just call the number on the door and they bring the keys to you.James R.
Had requested to do the self service checkin. It didn't work and told me I had to get help at the counter. Can't understand why. Then you couldn't go inside the building so I had to stand out in the cold for 15 minutes until someone came out to take my license and credit card, info they already had, just to come back out and hand me keys. I tried to self serve and essentially couldn't. Then on drop off, I simply wanted to drop the keys in the lock box and leave. Except that wasn't an option either. I had to return to the truck and take a whole host of pictures and fill out forms that should be the job of the attendant. So here I wanted to get support and was told that wasn't an option, I had to do all the work myself.Zachary T.
