There was no one there. If I had known they closed early I would've dropped the truck off before they closed. I still dropped the truck off a whole day early with no type of refund. And they didn't check it in until the main office called to see if I had turned in the truck. I would not recommend returning a vehicle to this location unless it is during the week while they are open

Better communication skills. I was setup with a different location and had a truck reserved for 9am. When I arrived at the prescribed location at 9:00am they were closed and didn't open until 11:30. When I came back at 11:30 there was no one there. After much deliberation with customer service, I was finally able to get a new location to get a truck. It was a terrible experience.

The location had a small sign saying u-haul. I got there at 9 and they were late opening. I ordered an appliance dolly and they had none.

Everything she did for me was as close to perfect as I think it could be for me, as for as SERVICE.

If the utility and furniture dolly's were not available adjust the invoice and contact the customer. Don't wait, hold the deposit and not reach out. It's disconcerting. As a single mom, being forced to move 2 rooms of furniture without a dolly and then having the money held for it, is wild.

I just don't like the system. By the time I figured it out, my time passed so I had to call customer service to gain access to the key. I guess if I was more savvy, it would have went smoothly. The customer service rep that ended up helping was very patient and pleasant

Place was closed no personal contact. It was hard to find locations because it was in back of bldg.I drove around looking for drop off .I got text letting me know in back of bldg.You need better instructions for drop off.

This location was excellent. You just can't find it at night. The Uhaul sign is in the window but not out in the type of the location. It was dark at night. The truck was kept in the back of the building and you literally have to stay in the front of the building to get the internet location connected to the wifi to link you to being present and at the location. It is a fun scavenger hunt but don't be in a rush there as it is an hour wait of a whole lengthy process to follow steps by the app then by internet at night to obtain the truck and then the key.

The dolly and blankets were not in the truck and I requested both.

Qouayh helped me and she was so polite and knowledgeable. This location was fast at getting me the equipment I needed and helpful with setting everything up.

I requested and paid for a dolly but the site doesn't carry dollys- I have yet to receive my refund. I had to go to another location to get a dolly which was a huge inconvenience. The cabin of the truck was filthy from previous rental.

I personally feel that there should be a note on the door of the 759 North ave. , suite 50 , Jonesboro , Ga. establishment stating that the vehicle parking and the drop box are located in the rear of the facility .

Customer service was unprofessional. I wasn't given a receipt. Location was hard to find. I never checked the truck out before driving, didn't know how much gas was in it until I got in. When time came turn truck back in, the office was closed. I was told nothing about returning the truck except bring truck in the back of building. I didn't know what to do, so I just parked truck and put key in drop box. This was on Fri 9/29/23 and today is Sunday, October 1st and I have yet to receive a receipt as to what my charges were. There was no sign to where to park the returns. It was on their close day. I had to ask the next door guy where do people return and he told me the back. I felt unsafe trying to take pictures to upload to return the trailer. Had a trouble uploading it and the guys in the suv and was driving by and came back and parked and was getting out. I had to hurry up and leave. They weren't there to pick up because from far he shouted how to rent one. I told him he call 800 # and reserve.

I wish there were better instructions on where to find location. It's in the back of a Kroger building which is scary because i was alone . Also the truck started jerking a little bit and the gas was on e almost which was inconvenient to my schedule.

The vehicle check engine light was on and the left rear view mirrors were missing. These should be remedied and replaced respectively.

The representative was late to the store. I had to rush to make my move appointment with the movers due to the delay. At first, I was told they didn't have my reservation even though I received email confirmation and a phone call from a Uhaul representative the day before. Noone was at the store when I returned the truck. The drop off procedures were not clearly communicated to me. I didn't receive notification to check in until after my reservation. This was a very stressful experience on top of an already stressful situation.

The rental, pickup and return was very easy. I was very happy with the customer service and equipment rental.

No one was at the location upon my returning the truck the same day of rental. Only a sign on the door with instructions. Now, you all are trying to charge me for an extra day when I turned the truck in the same day.

The agent assisting me here was very pleasant and persevered to straightening out the dreadful situation caused by the check out agent. She made several phone calls.and was extremely patient and professional even after having to explain the problem to the field manager several times. I was extremely fatigued from the move but maintained my composure . Problem finally resolved .

I still think this location should Sanitize the vehicles, for example wipe door handles and steering wheels ect.. When i Sanitized it before use it apears it havent been sanitized in a long while.

was using Riverdale location and very poor experience there but for the 759 Jonesboro location was very good. I recommend keys being in the lock box when an appt is set for pickup

I didn't like having to walk around the back of the shopping center by myself when I brought the truck back after the location had closed as I had parked my car in the front of the building. Also, the person who picks up the phone only answers with "Hello" and the place is hard to find as they do t have a Uhaul sign until you see the small one on the window. When the driver's seatbelt got stuck when I was about to bring the truck back, this location wasn't helpful. I called Roadside Assistance since I couldn't legally or safely drive it the few miles back. The location left me a message saying that I'd need to drive it (!!!) to another location to pick up a different truck - something that wasn't feasible for the previous reasons. Also, I didn't need a new truck. I just needed to take it back. The person I rented it from said the trucks were old, but I didn't expect a malfunctioning seatbelt. Next time I'll make sure that I make a reservation with s regular dealer - which is what I thought I was doing. All in all, it was a long and frustrating afternoon for what should have been a quick trip.

Truck was there. Which was a good thing. But it definitely had damage on it that wasn't listed in the pictures. Also the 2 dolly's requested were not in it.
