Some how my return time got changed from my original 20 hour rental time to about 11 hrs. And was going to be charged a late fee until arguing with the store owner to look at my original reservation. Worse experience renting uhual.

The person overcharged me for my rental and lights did t work , I got pulled over 2 times. Person was so unprofessional .

the kid that hooked up the trailer didn't speak english nor did he hook up the trailer correctly. We had to hook it up ourself so that it would be safely used.

Tell customers about the ridiculous gas price you charge. 31,5 for 9 miles is absurd.

I didn't get my booked truck , then I called customer care and store representatives ask me to take the 15" truck , I over paid this time . It is un expected expense .

Lady at the counter told that the store closes early and they don't have keydrop off box. And asked me to return vehicle next day morning and confirmed that there won't be any additional charge but I when went next day morning , she told that there's additional charge for returning vehicle next day and system didn't show this charge yesterday when you asked about it, which didn't sound right to me. Overall experience was not good and I won't not recommend it to anyone

Basic retail place. Not much equipment. Nice guy but it's just a small grocery.

They didn't have all the equipment I asked for. The store was closed when I showed up to pick up the uhaul and equipment. The contracted uhaul worker had had to help me out outside of the store because it was supposed to be open and no one was there. I was also charged for the towels that were not provided and were not available at this location

The only Employee pulled off after we arrived and then after calling and letting someone else know we were there for pickup we had to wait over and hour for someone to return as well as was charged extra $ totally unsatisfied and would like to make a complaint

The location was poorly marked - we had to look for the small sign in the window. Their storage lot was behind the strip mall where they were located and we had to guess how to get there as there were no signs that we could see.

Worst experience. I wait for more than an hour to return the truck. No one to help me return it and they left a guy and they called him and retuen the truck online. They charge a lot for gas which i put more than what i take. Also the let me pay more the uper guy because he waited for me almost 30 min. This location is spam and strealing money
