Firstly, for some reason our reservation was transferred @30 miles from where I chose near my home. They did add 25 miles to my mileage which was acceptable but going that far was inconvenient.They were very nice and took care of me right away. It was a little difficult to discern where they were as it is part of an Indian Food Market. While the truck ran as expected, the cab was very dirty, someone had been smoking in the cab. There was ash everywhere. I didn't open the back until I got home and found a great deal of nasty debris and it smelled like manure. I spent a long time cleaning before we loaded our things. When I called U-Haul customer service, again - they were very nice and professional but said there were no other options available.Susan T.
Very disappointed, It took me 2 hours for me to get the truck, It ruined my arrangements because I was late. I got a reservation but never got a passcode for the Box lock. Finally someone called me and gave me the code. The truck was super dirty, tire pressure light on and the gas was on E completely empty. I had to spend MORE TIME going to get gas. Besides that you guys had extra fees on weekends I had to return the truck with little more thank quarter of a tank. I made a complaint to get reimbursement for the extra gas. I hope at least I get that back.David A.
The check-in process for picking up my rental was very cumbersome. It took nearly 40 minutes for the ID verification process to finish before I could pick up the u-haul vehicle. This process should've been done sooner than the day of arrival and pick up. It caused delays to my schedule as the process was slow and inconvenient.Ardandia C.
You can provide some significant customer relations training for the staff here. You need to also insure that this location properly maintains equipment and verifies condition. The truck that I was given for a one way rip was NOT safe and the agent had a don't give a shit attitude. It was MY problem that the truck was not safe and I refused to drive it. The van was there and ready but was not clean. The moving blankets I requested were not in the van, forcing me to stop at home depot to purchase blankets. I was refunded for the moving blankets. I want to note that the blankets were not there since people expect to get what they ordered. The cargo area and seats were not clean. The van was newer only about 2400 miles. It appears van was not cleaned by last user.Jeremy E.

The website let me reserve a van with mobile pick-up when they don't even have it. We had to wait an hour for the store to open so we can pick up the van. The seats had dog hair all over and I had to vacuum it myself. I have mentioned this to the person I returned the van to and no apology received.LONNY M.

Tell folks ahead of time that this entire process is completely automomated - don't expect to see or hear from anyone (like whoever runs Food World). Also, a "Needs air in tire" message was on the whole time where the odometer is supposed to show. Odometer reading could only be taken for a 2 second appearance when you turned the car on. So a) hard to find the odometer reading; and b) hard to take a picture of it because it only stays on for 2 seconds before tire message returns. Having said all that, pretty amazing that you can do the whole thing without people. Wow!Norm G.

This location was filthy the truck was horrible and they charged me $90 well over the estimate I don't believe this is accurate. And the oil change needed light was flashing and blinking the entire time. This location was very rude and dirtyLindsay R.

The employee was late to the building so I was unable to pick up my rental on time. The truck I was renting had the tire compression light on & was not well maintained. After returning my rental a couple hours later, I was overcharged for returning my vehicle a day after. I will not be returning to this location & do not recommend anyone coming here either.Erica M.

The wireless signal (Verizon) is very poor and the Uhaul app is very poorly designed. it takes multiple tries to get through the process of renting via the app. It took more than 25 minutes and same for when returning. Let customers do most of the uploading at their home and only when picking key verify with photo or something. It is a waste of time. The truck at the this location are also poorly maintained. There were 3 lights on all the time on the dashboard. As a driver you are never at safe mindset when you have all these lights on. It is a security and safety risk. Get the trucks fixed. The truck I rented had over 100K miles. Is there no law against certain milease for rentals?Sunil L.
