I paid for a dolly and was still still charged but there was not one in the truck
Deana MTriggsI've rented many Uhaul's from different locations and this was probably my least favorite experience I've had renting the truck. We chose the mobile pickup option, which seemed to not be available for some reason when we went to pick up the truck, so we had to go into the store to get the keys from the shop owner/manager of the convenience store. We found his attitude to be curt and rude during the entire interaction. In addition, there is a sign posted that says something to the effect of "store customers take priority over Haul customer's. Uhaul customers have to wait for service." Finally, the store did not have the moving blankets that we added to our cart, which we needed for this specific move. Again, this was the worst UHaul experience we've had and we will not be going back to that location or recommending to any person to use.

Mark MunasI had a horrible experience. I booked on line and when I got to the store after waiting an hour they tell me they don't have my truck. Spend another 30 minutes trying to find one. Come to find out they had the wrong location on my confirmation. The guys at the store had no idea what they were doing and told me I shouldn't book on line.

Graham PosnerTook over 30 min for check in process. I had proactively checked in the day before. Dealer still required me to do it again. We not helpful, I had to work through Pamela with customer service. She did great, appreciate her patience. Truck fuel was on E, extremely dirty and used, clearly had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Trash left inside, grease or some other type of substance all over seats, dash, steering wheel. Was told that my time didn't start until check in, yet they still charged me extra for the additional 30 min. Will not use uhaul again after this experience.

Sean BecraftAlthough this has nothing to do with the location I rented my U-Haul from, the U-Haul company rep overcharged me for gas and I left more in the tank than when I got the truck and they hit me with a $100 charge plus my miles. Something isn't correct here.
tim watersonThe person who rented the truck had no sense of urgency. The truck's A/C ran intermittently and the dashboard looked like it was covered in a thin layer of cigarette ash. I was not confident the truck would make it to my destination for the first few minutes after leaving the lot.
David LoweU-Haul really needs to put more actual U-Haul stores around town . I didn't really feel comfortable going through a third party . Plus the location was kind of sketchy . The guy was nice , but He wasn't really clear-cut about how much it was going to be. The gas tank barely moved and I put five dollars in the the tank once we was done because that's how much it barely moved and yet he still charged me $12 for fuel which is insane. It got the job done but I'll never do that again next time I'll just stick with Penske.

john hoartyThe truck had below a quarter tank of gas whenever we picked it up, we drove it a total of 15 miles, then returned it barely using any gas. The lever was still in the same spot from whenever we returned it. They then charged us a $30 fee and charged us for 6 gallons whenever we did not use that. We were not even warned about this service fee. We used the truck for barely 2 hours, drove 15 miles and you want to charge me $120?!?!?!? Absolutely ridiculous.

JEFFREY RAYI needed the truck in nicholasville and it told me that a truck would be there. But 5 hours or so before it changed it to Lexington. Which caused me to have to drive further which increased my Bill because that mileage wasn't included.
