The uhaul was dirty. The gas was almost to E. The guy didn't even do a walk thru with us. Just handed us the keys. And send contract to my email. Not in my hands.

When I got in the truck, you could not adjust the drivers seat. Immediately after turning it on we got a message on the dash to "service airbag" there were cigarette butts in the cup holder

The People at this place are very rude, giving people a hard time and are inconsiderate of people's time. They did not give me a copy of my receipt. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very rude!

Went to 3rd party location, claiming that they didn't have my reservation. Truck was left dirty and nasty. Ihad to clean it out, go get the clerk to show him. Then he wanted a 40 dollar deposit for a 10 appliance dolly. I told him he'll to the no. What a bummer 

Clean the trucks, there were roaches OMG ROACHES inside the back all over, infestation. I had to buy raid spray and spray the entire truck and wait like an hour. This delaying my moving time frame. I tried talking to them but they did not seem to understand. There was no dolly when I had order one and I had to go inside the store, ask for it and then take it to the truck myself. When I asked about billing all the lady kept saying was , "my brother knows he will be back later he knows" (knows what?) I totally believe her English is very limited. I will never ever rent from this place. CLEAN THE TRUCKS...

I believe they should have a designated spot just for uhaul services. I had to ask where was the location for the check in at the gas station counter. I was informed this is were you check in. The process should have informed more properly. I didn't know I had check in via going to gas station counter. The process would been good I known that part of instructions. I received the keys in the ok timely matter. He over charged me for mileage when I returned truck and he had a slight attitude. I would definitely not be going back to this location.

The lady gave a paper to sign and lucky I book online. She had 41 mile different from odometer that was on truck dashboard.(Try to charge extra for miles that you haven't use) So sheet she gave miles was 163752 but actually odometer was 163793. Took back and she claim that she copy but in reality she had two different sheet. Then she refuse to give me a correct verse and had me take picture of the sheet. IF you crazy rent from her make sure you read and cross reference the sheet with dashboard and take plenty picture. THE truck was horrible and dirty. When I was driving it act like it doesn't want to go. But when you use the brake truck seem to accelerate like it doesn't want to stop. WAS too happy hurry and returned that piece of junk.

I understand that uhaul is a contract with this gas station, so this may not even matter, but the employee was extremely rude upon pick up ans when dropping off the truck. To start he didn't know the size of the truck that was in his lot. There was literally only the 15' truck i rented and a van. Told me i had to call uhaul to get the truck size i order from somewhere else. Only to call someone and find out that was the right truck size. Then upon return of the truck I filled the gas tank to father than where it was when I received the truck. I entered the store and the employee was on his phone so I just dropped off the key, waited a min to see if there anything I had to do or sign. He continued on his phone call so I walked out the door only for him to chase me out the store, yelling that he needed a picture of the gas level because there was a procedure he had to follow. I told him that would have been helpful to know while I was in the store and he was on his phone ignoring me. So I walked back to the truck and took the picture. Then came back in the store to have him mumble something in his native language while looking at the picture I took. No comment that the gas tank was over filled more than when I received it. Overall bad experience. Will definitely NOT ever rent from a gas station uhaul ever again. I only rented from this location due to inventory shortage. No bigger truck was available. Never had a problem at a actual uhaul store.

It took 45-60 minutes to check in and get my truck, which I had reserved in advance, which is completely unacceptable. Then they had it parked in a car wash stall in which it barely fit, so it was extremely difficult to get the truck out and get on with my move. Overall a superbly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Truthful and awful experience. I had a location set for my pickup weeks in advance but was changed to less than 12 hours of notice the day before. I went to a place closer to my hotel, but they were the ones who informed me of the location change. It was not in a "safe" location. My original pickup time of 9:00 am. This location was NOT open until 10:00 am. I went to my original requested site just to be told that they would not allow a one-way, even though they had five vehicles that I reserved on the lot. I had to go back to the Forest Home Petroleum AGAIN to find out the building with the Uhaul signage was closed, but it had a sign indicating any inquiries could go to the main gas station, not in the same building. The lady did not know how to work the Uhaul check out procedure and had to call her husband to come in to check me out. It was almost 11:00 before I had possession of the rental. So, my experience was not favorable.

The "approval" process takes too long and the photo and mileage/fuel/maintenance input on the website/app takes too long and too confusing. The gas station manager renting them out couldn't make up his mind whether he wanted me to finish up the drop off on the website or if he was just going to let us drop off the keys.

The tire light and 1 other light was lite up on the dash, I don't think this truck was well maintained at all, the wipers only worked on 1 side, they badly needed to be replaced! I ordered a 15 foot truck when I got there all they had was a 10 foot, after I spoke with customer service and they assured me the 15 foot would be available at that location! What a joke

When I went to pick up my 15' truck it was super dirty in the back and the gate in the back was open, I had to clean it myself, I could do the check in online at the moment and send pictures because I was in a hurry. Very disappointed. They have to make sure trucks are clean when customers pick up. Merci

The communication was terrible. This was not my first preferred location even though the site took this location and confirmed it. When I stopped there they did not have my truck. I tried to call 13 times could never get through. I called the uhaul customer service number to find out what the problem was, I waited on line for 42 minutes. They eventually booked the location I picked up the truck from. I called corporate in Arizona and they also did not want to do anything. They actual rental and return of truck was fine but the commutation to get the truck and work with me was terrible.

They reactived the WRONG Confirmation. There were 3 confirmation in my account with Uhaul. 2 were canceled and one was combined. Why would she reactivate the Cancelled one. I handed her the CORRECT CONTRACT NUMBER when I got there. She was too busy concentrating on the customers within her store. And unfortunately I do not speak Spanish --- French yes - Spanish NO. Totally NOT HAPPY. I have an account with UHAUL and this past experience WAS EXTREMELY BAD BAD BAD BAD. W

VERY sketchy area. I was afraid to leave the truck there, fearing it would be stolen. The staff at this location did NOT know how to do anything with U-Haul. Literally and seriously. Before I used your app to return the truck ( encause your app sucks!) I attempted to return the truck to the staff. They took the keys and said "ok, thanks". They said they did not know how to process the return and would not give me any receipt. I took the keys back and thankfully the app worked to let me do a digital/online return. WHAT A **TERRIBLE** EXPERIENCE!!

I originally booked at a different site and was shifted to the site on Forest Home, without notice or explanation. I was not happy. I had selected the site on South 5th St because it was closer to my destination. Could you please notify customers when these changes are made?

Asked and paid for a dolly. There was no dolly in truck. I had to drive to Waukesha location to ask for a dolly. The trucked smelled awful, like weed and stale cigarettes. There was no ramp on the truck. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I actually would ask for some money off the rental since I had to drive extra to get the damn dolly.

The vehicle had fast food wrappers and empty Gatorade bottle. Gas was just barely above Empty. Attendant added $10 in gas. The mileage stated it was 83036 but was really only at 83227. I have picture proof of this. I was charged $247 when it should have been much less.

The truck that I was assigned was functional but old. The truck showed transmission wear due to its age and the steering wheel has "excesive play", making it difficult to correctly know the position of the front wheels. Another issue was that I was overchaged in miles; I drove 9 miles and I was charged for 47 miles. I took pictures and I'm in the process of been refunded upon aproval.

The cab was dirty and there were chips and crumbs on the floor and in the cab. Due to the icy rains and snow, I've had formed on the windows, do you think anyone came out to make sure to take care of that? No! I had to go inside and ask for an ice scraper and do it myself! That did not work, so I had to sit in the cab, wasting gas, to heat the cab up and use the defrost, for 30 minutes, just to be able to get it off! They did not go over any of the paperwork with me during pickup or after return. As I am standing there trying to do things using my mobile device, the guy yells at me, "So are you don't yet!? Are you ready!?" I advised him I was just trying to get things done correctly. And that it was cold and snowing outside. But, do you know what he did? NOTHING! He didn't even offer to assist me. Let's talk about the lack of shoveling outside! No one had shoveled or even bothered to hire a service to do so! I slipped on ice several times when I returned the truck! I would only go to this place if it were the LAST place on earth to go to! And even then I would recommend you keep walking/driving to find another! I don't care if it were the closest and "safest place" in a Zombie Apocalypse! KEEP GOING! NOTHING TO SEE HERE! This was so FAR BELOW any of my other experiences with UHAUL, I am waiting to see a monster from the deep seas! Find Another Location!

The location was very unsafe. I only came here because It was the only location in my area that had the truck I needed. The truck itself was dirty, the cup holders were full of cigarette ashes and the whole truck reeked of smoke. I had to wait for 45 mins while trying to pick up the uhaul because this location is also a gas station and there was one woman checking the customers out as well as helping me. Even when I took the uhaul back she kept making me wait while she would check out the gas station customers. Overall I waited 1hour and 15 mins and this has never happened to me at the uhaul I normally go to. I really had an awful experience.

Keep an eye on your bank account. They charged me for something extra and put my account in the negative. I have pictures of what the truck looked like inside before I drove it. They better not be trying to charge my for cleaning or the broken sun visor because I have pictures that they were like that when I picked it up. Very upset at this moment.

They over billed my deposit by $15... I told the man i did NOT want the insurance after all. He said "just drive careful" "you don't need it". Then i was billed for it anyways. When i asked him about it, he became hostile and denied saying that. I know what he saidvto me but what ever... There should be a almost $20 reimbursement on my card that still hasnt shown up. I would not recommend anyone using this location and i will actually be posting on our local Facebook page my problems here and let the community know they're not to be trusted with CC or debit card numbers.

This location was not the location with which I had made my reservation 2 weeks prior to the move. When I arrived at the original location on time, there were no trucks available. That store worked with U-haul corporate for over an hour to get me set up with another truck. I had to travel over 8 miles to get there (and 8 more miles back again) and at $1,19 per mile, that was a very unpleasant added expense. I am not sure I will trust U-haul with any future moves.

They wrote down the wrong starting mileage, charged us for more mileage than we put on, and cannot be reached for contact. There is no answer when I call, and thete has been no response to my email.

This experience was completely different than past ones with Uhaul. The people booking did not listen to me trying to explain what I was trying to do and as a result, I was grossly overcharged. I was quoted under $50. The total I was charged was 270. I've always had really good results with Uhaul. This experience will definitely have me shopping around the next time I need a truck. I don't want to go through the hassle of arguing my case so I just paid the amount. I just don't think I will be back.

Make sure the gas and millage is checked before the customer gets there. Both were wrong but were fixed when I dropped off the truck. The people were very nice and helpful

I ordered the truck from a location 6 blocks away. They sent me to a location well over 12 miles away. Charged my card previous to telling me the location. Then I was charged for extra miles. Very disappointed.

When I do my reservations by phone I explain the costumer service I need leave the truck near my new apartment because I don't have nobody help and I don't want pay extra miles and he say was ok. Then when I pick the truck the owner don't remind me at least about I need to bring the truck back to that store was very frustrated.

The truck was not clean (potato chips on the floor of the cab, open soda can in the cab). The location was a gas station/convenience store with only one attendant who was not farmiliar with the rental process. Upon returning the truck, I was not given a hard copy receipt but told one would be sent via email.

I reserved it for 8, sign said they open at 9. The guy in the gas station said the man wont be in till 10. He got there at 9:10 but didnt go to the building where the uhaul trucks was. Didnt get the truck till 10. No discount. Then looked in the truck wasnt clean, even had an old mattress in it. I try to help all businesses but smh this experience was not good....
