This rental pickup was convenient in that we were able to get the truck before the opening hours of this used car lot. The downside was that the truck was parked in the far back corner of the business and took some jockeying to get out and onto the road. Truck was clean and reliable, and it served its purpose. This pickup location was a bit further away than I expected once the reservation was confirmed by uhaul, as there are other locations closer. I assume it depends on uhaul's resource management for 1 way trips.

Although the truck I originally booked was not available, Josh made sure I had a truck to use for the day since it was important we had one for our move this specific date. He gave us great customer service.

This was a nighttime, unmanned trailer drop-off. Plenty of room to maneuver trailer. A little more lighting would have been nice.

Josh in LexingtonSC was more than helpful. The drop off in Clearwater was quick and easy. I used Budget 2 years ago and Uhaul is so much better. I will only use Uhaul for now on.

This was the worst experience I've had moving. I called in my rental to Uhaul. It was originally booked for a location that doesn't ever have car dollys and per the location manager Uhaul knows this. I needed a different pickup location at that point. Uhaul then booked my reservation for a location that was not open. I had to call Uhaul again. Finally, my reservation was made for a location that had both a truck and car dolly. The gentleman I dealt with at Formula One Auto Sales was very helpful and understanding of what I had to deal with regarding Uhaul. Uhaul is the problem.
