First of all I downloaded your U-Haul app to make it easier to pick up my vehicle after hours... It would not load up at the time of pickup.. I had to use my internet go directly to the website and finally was able to check the vehicle out... This location by the door where you put the code in to get the key that's locked there's no light you can't see nothing there was a light above but it was not on.. I had to hold my phone in one hand with the flashlight on and try to finagle the passcode for your key lock box... On top of the fact they parked the vehicle so far away from the building I had to drive back and forth not knowing the procedure of a checkout by phone... Did the driver's license part drove down to the vehicle to start the other part realizing that I needed to drive all the way back up to the building to get the key which there was no light to see to do the damn lock to get the key..

Slight problem taking my drivers license photo and uploading it into your system. Other than that, great service and truck experience.

Moving? Sucks. Theo and TJ from Fountain Lakes Storage and U-Haul? Sweet sweet moving day angels sent from above to make it as smooth and pleasant as possible. These gentlemen took the time before, during, and after their shifts to make sure I had everything in order and got all my questions answered. And they were extremely pleasant to deal with all the while. Forever grateful, will be returning and recommending them for future moving needs

Had trouble with check in which caused us to be late for the item we were picking up. Customer service was helpful it was just frustrating.

The process to get the key was very hard that's the only problem we had

Improve the U-Haul app! We had to call customer service because there was an error with the app and we couldn't go back or to the submission and when we tried to log back on, it showed that we were finished checking out. Our pictures were not submitted. Customer service said to take pictures and keep them. Please correct this error on the app to at least add the ability to edit.

I'm a little disappointed that I didn't didn't start my drive with a full tank. I thought it was U-Haul policy to require customers to fill up the gas tank after use. So I accidentally but in 4 gallons more than I needed to! That's about $16 of my money in the vehicle. I stopped filling the tank when I hit $35, because it seemed excessive. I wish I could be credited on my next rental which is happening thiss Thursday and Friday. I have proof in the way of photos showing miles to empty when I started driving and when I put gas in.
