Debra KI scheduled a truck for Trinity pick up a week prior. Ended up having to pick this truck up in Lakeland. Dubble the gas and maintenance to going to and from Lakeland from Trinity in POV plus gas from Lakeland to Trinity I had to pay.
Matthew BLocation forgot to check out truck after it was returned. Unorganized and should no longer be a uhaul store.

Beth BFirst the pickup location was 25 minutes away from my house, there is a location in my town 5 minutes away.When my husband and moving help arrived to pick up the truck the location was closed and they could not access the lockbox. Drove 25 minutes home and then I had to drive 25 minutes with my son to pickup the truck delaying the start of our move by 3 hours. After we got the truck everything went smooth. Would prefer a person at an open business to dispatch the vehicle.

Alan CBeing a handicapped individual of 78 year's of age, I had no idea I would have to unhook your trailer myself. In all my past experience this was the first time no one helped or inspected the equipment upon return. If I ever have a need to rent again it would not be from this location. .
James IWhent in to rent a trailer, the man was nice and helpful but never gave us a price or anything till he said it was all done and we had to ask how much it was. Online it said it was 25 but was 54 when bbn it was all said and done. Then told us we can just drop it off at any time location by us. Witch was not true. I drove past 9 other location to get to the one henputnon it and was way out of the way and took over a hr to get there and back.
kris sThe key pick up box was hard to open. There is no key drop off box so I had to leave it in the pickup box which would not relock. I noticed there was also a key in box #1 that was not locked. It was very insecure. Anyone could have come and takeb the keys and the trucks.

harold rHave working equipment to print of paperwork at location. Also dont treat uhaul customers like they are second in importance to people showing up for the main sales business. It is important to take customers as they arrive and not advise uhaul customer they need to wait for you to help non uhaul customers first.

Richard PCouldn't find me in the system. Said equipment wasn't available but was on lot. Men who hooked trailer to vehicle had the "there you go" attitude. Never checked out the equipment. Left the chain dragging when hooked up.

Harvey CThis is by far the best experience I have had regarding Uhauls. I have only rented maybe 3 times in my life and have been part of many more moving expeditions with others. This rental location treated me like I was their boss, the truck was spotless. I have to say I was extremely impressed. Thank you Fountain RV and Uhaul. I will be recommending to any and all that I know of needing a Uhaul.

charles kI have returned trucks twice on time at this location and I have received calls from the recovery of equipment department asking if I still have the unit. They do not clear on time the return of the trucks giving the impression that you are late on return.
David Gi was overcharged for gas even thoigh i pumped gas and omly drove it 14 miles .i will never use tjese ppl.again theuvwere also late opening up , ineas asked to be back by 9 am i was tjete prompt and no one arrived or tooke gas.reading i am very dissapointed with the charges unfairly past pn to me .

DOUGLAS ALocation was a long way from my home when other dealers were much closer. Also, location was not easy to identify since it was a RV place not a U-Hall dealer.

PAUL AThe only problem was the fuel gage was stuck i over filled the gas by a 1/4 tank, it was at a1/2 tank when the gage wouldn't move so i hit top of dash over top of fuel gage the needle went to full

David FMark the office a little clearer. Offer assistance in hooking up equipment. No employee actually came outside to verify what equipment I connected to, or if all safety devices were installed. I am a professional driver so they were, but no one checked.

VALERIE FI reserved this trailer at another location earlier in the week. When I went to pick it up Saturday morning, They didn't have one. Wasted a lot of time. What's the point of reserving a trailer if it's not going to be there?
DAVID GThey told me I could drop the truck off at any location in davenport, when I got there they told me they were full, what the hell any location mean??. Then I call customer service and the guy told me there's nothing he could do and it's my problem to buy more gas to travel 12 mile to another location. THANKS I haul for making the move to my new house a nightmare.
