The mobile app failed when attempting to complete the return process. Apparently this is a known problem as the person in the Uhall store mentioned that others complained as well. Fortunately he was still in the store after closing and opened to allow me to complete the return. The alternative would have been being charged a fee and then attempting to resolve with customer service.ROBERT G.

Too far from where I requested a drop off. Was charged overage on miles when I only went from location to location.DANTE P.
The process for reserving the vehicle was extremely easy. The process of picking up the vehicle and returning it, however, was extremely unpleasant. Trying to upload the selfie and driver license photos for pick up was a nightmare. I tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Mozilla), multiple times on wifi and on cell data, and each time the page froze or I would get kicked out. I called customer service, who suggested I once again use my laptop to do it, but of course that did not work because my laptop was at home and not at the pickup location. I called customer service a second time and got Diane, who was lovely. She immediately suggested downloading the UHaul mobile app. The app worked mostly, but it kept kicking me out and I had to retake and re-submit the photos multiple times. And we STILL had to go inside to get the keys. When we went to get they keys, they said the system indicated that we were dropping off instead of picking up. She was able to call and get it straightened out, but it was very concerning. When we returned the vehicle, I had the same issue with the mobile app kicking me out. It took at least 4 tries to get the photos submitted. All in all, the vehicle pick up and return was the most stressful and frustrating part of moving.Mei J.
Very economical for whatever you need a moving truck for. The ease of reserving also a plus. I have used them twice since the first time. And the sales assistants were very pleasant and helpful.GABRIELLE T.

The truck was fine. When I receive my receipt, I recognize that I was overcharged for gas. The truck had a quarter tank of gas in the vehicle. When I return the vehicle it was just under a quarter of gas. I was charged 30 $for this amount. Way over the estimated cost of gas.LISA H.
